Alcohol Management Policy
New York State Law requires that you must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Upon request, each customer must present valid ID at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any sale. There is a two beer maximum per ID, Please drink responsibly, and NEVER drink and drive.

Animals
Fans are not permitted to bring animals into "The Joe", with exception of guide or service dogs for disabled fans.

The is one automated teller machine at "The Joe", located on the first base side of the main entrance.

Autographs
Getting autographs is part of the fun in the minor leagues, and the ValleyCats players and coaches are usually available before and after the games. Please be respectful when asking for autographs.

As game time approaches, they do have to prepare for the game, and we ask all fans to return to their seats 15 minutes prior to the start of the game. Players are not permitted to sign autographs during the game.

Baseball Buddies
Every little leaguer dreams of running on to a professional field one day - and now they can! The ValleyCats invite your youth baseball, softball, and little league teams - in uniform - on to the field at "The Joe" to stand side-by-side with the pros for the National Anthem. With a minimum of a 25 person group, there is no additional charge to participate in the Baseball Buddies program. Contact the ValleyCats ticket office for details.

Batting Practice
Fans are welcome to arrive at "The Joe" early to watch the players take batting practice. The gates open one hour prior to the first pitch.

Buddy's BBQ
Looking for a bit of shade while you grab a bite to eat, then Buddy's BBQ will be your prime destination. The brand new char-pit will feature Lupo's Chicken Spiedies, jumbo hot dogs, Black Angus Burgers, fresh corn on the cob, and salt potatoes.

Budweiser Bullpen Lounge
Need something to quench your thirst? How about a cold Budweiser, or Bud Light. Located behind section 230 the Budweiser Bullpen Lounge is a great place to hang out, either next to the bar or at one of our high top tables, with a beer and some peanuts!

Camera & Video Equipment
Small film or digital still cameras are permitted inside "The Joe". However, fans taking pictures will not be permitted to interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.

Cellular Phones
The use of cellular phones is permitted at "The Joe", provided such use doesn't interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the ball game. Please be courteous and refrain from making loud or lengthy call in the seating areas.

Master Card, Visa, and American Express are accepted at "The Joe" Ticket Office, SouthPaw's Den, and Online Store.

Fan Behavior
ValleyCats management reserves the right to revoke tickets and refund the money of any person using obscene or abusive language, exhibiting inappropriate behavior, or appearing intoxicated. Fans who enter the playing field are subject to ejection and possible arrest.

Elevators
There is one elevator at "The Joe", taking people from the field level to the suite level. This is only to be used by those who will be watching the game from one of our suites or diamond club.

Fan Center
The ValleyCats Fan Center is located on the concourse directly behind home plate. At the Fan Center, sign up for contests and games, claim prizes, ask questions, give comments, and more. Stop by the fan center on any game day.

Field Access
Only authorized personnel are allowed on the field. All violators are subject to immediate ejection and prosecution.

First Aid
Emergency Medical Technicians from Empire Ambulance are stationed throughout the ballpark. Please report any incident to ushers, security, front office staff or the fan center on the concourse behind home plate.

Food & Concessions
"The Joe" many different concession options to satisfy your taste buds. Your choices include freshly grilled hot dogs, hamburgers, Loupo's famous Chicken Spiedies, pizza, italian sausage, and other traditional ballpark fare. Ice cream is served down the left field line in the Kids Play Area, be sure to say hi to the girls!

Fans are not allowed to bring any coolers, containers, outside food, or beverages into "The Joe".

Foul Balls
Fans are welcome to keep any foul ball hit into the seats. At no time should a foul ball or home run be thrown back on the field. Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest. Any guest interfering with a ball in play will be subject to ejection form the ball park. Fans should always remain alert to the danger of thrown or batted balls.

Game Times
The ValleyCats regular games times are; Monday-Saturday at 7pm, Sunday at 5pm and Camp Day (July 21) at 11am. All exceptions will be listed on the schedule tab on www.tcvalleycats.com. All game times are subject to change.

Handicapped Access
Joseph L. Bruno Stadium is completely wheelchair accessible. To inquire about wheelchair seating please contact the ticket office.

Handicapped parking is available at Joseph L. Bruno Stadium, upon entering the stadium ask the attendant at the parking entrance for directions to the handicapped parking spaces.

The ValleyCats are the short-season, Class-A affiliate of the MLB Houston Astros.

Information Boards
The info boards are located behind home plate on the first and third base sides of the concourse. On the first base side you will find the home and away teams starting lineups and on the third base side you can view the current league standings.

Junior 'Cats Kids Club
You may sign up for the Junior 'Cats Kids Club either at the fan center behind home plate or on www.tcvalleycats.com. Registration is completely FREE for any child 12 years old or younger.

Lost and Found
Any items may be turned in or claimed at the Fan Center, located behind home plate. Items not claimed within 7 days will be donated to charity.

Kids Play Area
The Kid's Play Area is located down the left field side of the concourse. In this area you can find the Speed Pitch and Bouncy Bounce inflatables along with other games to keep the kids busy.

Mascots
SouthPaw, Sammy Baseball, and all the cast of characters are what make the experience at "The Joe" unforgettable. These guys can been seen throughout the ballpark, and the community, creating fun and memories for fans of all ages.

Would you like to sing the National Antehm before a sold out crowd at "The Joe"? Will if you do, send your demo tape to the community relations department for a chance at the big stage!

Office Hours
The ValleyCats business is open from 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday. The ticket office opens at 10am and closed at 6pm.

Paging
Paging over the PA system or scoreboard will be done at the discretion of the ValleyCats staff for medical emergencies only. Fans in need of this service should report to the Fan Center, located behind home plate.

Parking
All parking at "The Joe" is FREE to all of our fans. Parking lots are located on both the first and third base sides of the stadium.

Picnic Area Pavilion
Located down the right field line, the picnic area is available for pre-game parties for groups of 25 or more who purchase tickets through our group sales department. For more information or to inquire about availability contact our group sales department.

Rain Outs & Rain Checks
To find out if a game has been rained out or postponed due to inclement weather, go to www.tcvalleycats.com for further information.

In the event 5 innings of one game are not completed, unless the ValleyCats are in the lead at the end of 4 1/2 innings, your ticket may be good for any 2008 regular season home game. Your ticket may be exchanged at "The Joe" box office for a ticket of equal or lesser value, subject to prior sales.

Restrooms
Restrooms are located near the main entrance and throughout the stadium concourse. All restrooms feature baby changing stations and are wheelchair accessible. (see also family restrooms)

Rugrats
Children under 3 years old, who do not occupy a seat, are admitted in to the ballpark for free.

Scoreboard Messages
The ValleyCats are happy to recognize birthdays, anniversaries, and group outings on the message board. Announcements much be received 24 hours in advance, and the ValleyCats reserve the right to screen all messages.

SouthPaw's Den
Located on the third base side of the main entrance, SouthPaw's Den is the source for all your ValleyCats souvenirs. The gift shop opens 1 1/2 hours prior to first pitch and remains open throughout the game.

Security Procedures
All fans are subject to random inspection upon entering "The Joe" including all bags, back-packs, purses, etc. For the comfort of our fans, the ValleyCats management reserves the right to not allow hazardous or disruptive items in to "The Joe".

Strollers
"The Joe" welcomes fans that bring and use their own strollers, however the use of these should not inhibit general fan movement, or block any aisles.

Suite Level
Fans with suite level tickets may access their seats via the elevator, located on the first base side behind home plate, as well as the stair wells located behind sections 150 and 160.

Top of the Hill Grill
Located beyond the left field wall, the Top of the Hill Grill is available for pre and in-game parties for groups of up to 75 who purchase tickets through our group sales department. This unique open air venue offers the best view in the entire stadium. For more information or to inquire about availability contact our group sales department.
