Customer Service Manager
Danielle Norris joined the Hooks in December 2012 as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Customer Service Manager in August 2013. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2011 with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in International and Cultural Management.
At Whataburger Field she coordinates the Hooks game-day staff and works in the ticket office.
A life-long Astros fan, Danielle grew up in Houston and attended Hooks games frequently on family vacations. Early visits to Corpus Christi piqued an interest in working for the Astros or an affiliate in the future.
In 2009 she worked as a promotions intern for the Texas League South Division-rival Frisco RoughRiders, helping with sponsorship fulfillment, tours, the club's VIP of the game program and sales.
In the off-season she is a frequent steward of local karaoke bars, enjoys watching live sports and music and going home to try to imitate it on the guitar. Danielle vows not to become a crazy cat woman in the future.
