Parent's Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: We do have contingency plans in place in the event of light rain. Plan to attend rain or shine. If it is a complete washout, we will make that call as soon as possible and let everyone know.

Q: What time does my child need to be dropped off each day?
A: Please have your child at The Joe at least 15-minutes prior to the start time. We will check everyone in at the Front Gates and then campers will meet in the stands behind the Home Dugout (3rd Base).

Q: May parents/guardians stay and watch?
A: Yes. Parents are welcome to sit and watch the camps.

Q: Where do I have to pick up my camper(s)?
A: Whoever is picking up campers must come inside the ballpark to the Picnic Pavilion to pick up the camper(s). We will then check with each camper as they leave to make sure they are with the person who is responsible for picking them up. If the person picking the child up is different than the person who dropped them off, please let us know in advance.

Q: My child is coming to camp with a friend - can they be in the same group together?
A: Yes. When you receive a confirmation email, please respond with the names of who you would like grouped together.

Q: What should I do if my child has an allergy?

A: Please let us know in advance if your child has an allergy (bee sting, food, etc). If your camper has any medications they may need if he/she has an allergy, asthma, etc, please label the container with your child's name and instructions for administering the medications. Give that information to the camp staff at check-in.
