Question: How do I log back into my account?

Answer: Click HERE to input your username and password which was created when purchasing your tickets.

Question: My printer doesn't work or my tickets did not print. How can I get my tickets?

Answer: Follow the link to log back into your account and select "Reprint E-Tickets". The tickets can always be printed off at the Box Office by calling in advance and asking the tickets to be held at Will Call.

Question: Where are the handicapped/wheelchair accessible seating locations?

Answer: Handicapped and Wheelchair accessible seats are located five different sections. Sections 101, 102, 106, 110, 114, and 118. These seats are identified by the wheelchair logo in each section. There are 2 regular seats adjacent to the wheelchair accessible areas.

Question: How old does a child need to be to have a ticket to the game?

Answer: Children 2 and under are admitted into the ballpark free of charge, unless they will be using a seat, in which case they must have a ticket.

Question: Can unused game tickets be exchanged for future games?

Answer: No. The only unused tickets that can be exchanged for future games are Full Season Tickets. The Season Ticket Exchange policy is that up to 10 tickets can be exchanged at the Box Office for any Monday-Wednesday game. The exchange MUST be made in advance of game day.

Question: Can I order tickets on my phone and use my phone as a ticket at the gate?
