What if it rains?
Trustmark Park drains 8-10 inches of water per hour. Please be advised that the M-Braves Tarp Crew has been working on the field throughout the day and keeping it covered when necessary. A decision will not be made until game time. At that time Braves management will assess the current conditions and look at the forecast for the evening. If it is still raining at game time, we will most likely enter a rain delay. If weather moves out and allows enough time to play, it is highly likely that the M-Braves will take the field. Can I sign up to receive a pocket schedule by mail?
Email mississippibraves@braves.com to request a pocket schedule by mail. We do not send Fan Packs.

How do I play for the Mississippi Braves?

How do I work for the Mississippi Braves?
You may stop by the M-Braves Front Office at Trustmark Park to fill out an application for part-time/seasonal employment Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We usually begin taking applications in mid-Janary and most positions are filled by mid-March. However, we continue to take applications to have on file for future needs throughout the season. How do I get a message read over the PA system during a game?
The M-Braves announce birthdays, anniversaries and other various announcements as time permits during the game. These requests are honored by visiting Customer Service (on the concourse behind home plate) and making a $5 donation to charity that night. If you have an extra-special request such as a proposal or military coming home, please email us at mississippibraves@braves.com or call 601.932.8788 prior to game day. These things must by scheduled in advance so that we can work them into our game production schedule.

At what age does a child need their own ticket?
Our policy on children's admission is that any child three (3) and under gets in without a ticket. Those kids usually sit in a parent's lap. However, if that child needs their own seat, then they require a ticket regardless of age. All ticket prices are the same.

What is the policy for exchanging unused season tickets?
Unused season tickets may be exchanged directly at the Trustmark Park Box Office for tickets to another game. These tickets are based on availability. We encourage you to trade in tickets prior to game day to limit wait times at the box office on game night. Unused mini plan tickets can not be traded in--only full season tickets.

Do you provide handicap seating?
We do have seating for fans using wheelchairs. Wheelchair seating is located at the top of various sections on the concourse. When ordering tickets, please let your ticket representative know that you will need special wheelchair accommodations. Call 888-BRAVES4 to speak with our ticket office.

How can I follow Mississippi Braves games from home?
All games are broadcast locally on WYAB 103.9 FM and on the web by clicking here. You may also watch online through MiLB.TV by clicking here. You may also follow our official Twitter account @MBraves for updates or visit our Facebook page.

Where's the best place to watch the M-Braves fireworks shows?
Every seat has a great view of the fireworks show. Fireworks are shot from the North parking lot (beyond left field).

What are the Trustmark Park Box Office hours?
The Trustmark Park Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on non-game days. On game days during the week, the box office opens at 9:00 AM and closes at the start of the seventh inning. Closing times may vary depending on the size of the crowd. The box office usually opens at 9:00 AM for Saturday games, 9:00 AM for Sunday games at 1:00 and 12:00 PM for Sunday games at 5:00 PM. Times subject to change. Please call ahead for exact hours.

Where is Will Call?
Will Call is located on the left side of the Trustmark Park Box Office. Please have your photo ID in-hand to pick-up your tickets.

Is there a charge for parking?
All parking at Trustmark Park is free of charge.

How do I audition to sing the National Anthem?
School, church or community choirs may contact the Mississippi Braves Group Sales department anytime of year at 601.932.8788. Your group must purchase group tickets in order to sing the National Anthem. For soloists through quartets, please send an audition video or CD to us (address below) or email mississippibraves@braves.com. Spots fill up quickly, so please contact us early in the season.

Can I bring my own food and drink?
Outside food and beverage is not allowed inside Trustmark Park. Food, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and bottled water are all sold at the ballpark.

May I bring a camera to take pictures at the game?
Yes, photography is allowed at the ballpark for personal use. You may shoot pictures from your seat or from the concourse around the stadium. You may not sell photos taken at M-Braves games without express written consent of the Mississippi Braves. Be sure to share your photos with us on Instagram by tagging them with #mbraves.
