Request a Donation

The Eugene Emeralds thank you for considering us to be part of your fundraising event. The Ems take pride in supporting nonprofit organizations and schools both locally and across the state.

Please allow at least two (2) weeks for any request to be processed. Donations will be mailed to the address provided, or your group will be contacted to schedule a pick up at the Emeralds' Front Office. Donation requests can be submitted by mail or email. When submitting a request, please include the following information:

  • Organization Name
  • Full Contact Info (name, email, and phone number)
  • Mailing Address
  • Event Name
  • Event Date
  • Purpose of the Donation
  • Expected Attendance

 

Emailed requests can be sent to our Community Relations Manager, Anne Culhane at anne@emeraldsbaseball.com with the subject line "Donation Request."

If you are interested in receiving a pocket schedule, please mail a request, along with a self-addressed, post marked envelopes to the address above. The Eugene Emeralds do not have any Fan Packs.
