Assistant Groundskeeper

Great Falls Baseball Club Inc.

The Great Falls Voyagers Assistant Groundskeeper reports directly to the Head Groundskeeper, as well as the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. This position will help assist the Head Groundskeeper in all grounds related activities around the ballpark, and any other facility maintenance that may need to be done.

Responsibilities May Include:

Supervising any game day staff that may be helping with certain projects

Assist Head Groundskeeper with maintenance of the playing surface, bullpens, grounds inside of ballpark, as well as the grounds surrounding the ballpark

Assist getting the playing field ready for all Legion games, Voyager games, and any other special events out at the ballpark throughout the summer

Assist with in game or event management at all events

Assist with post-game duties with the playing field after all events

Type of Prior Related Experience:

Some prior grounds maintenance experience and turf knowledge preferred, but not required

Will be trained by current Head Groundskeeper to eventually take over that position

Job Type:

Seasonal (April - October)

Hourly or Salaried - Depending on experience
