Job Shadow Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in learning more about the New Hampshire Fisher Cats baseball club and its Front Office staff. You are eligible for a job shadowing position if you are 18 years of age or older, a secondary school student, and are mature enough and scholastically able to participate with adults in a work situation. Study in career awareness and job-seeking skills is recommended.

A Fisher Cats job shadowing gives you the opportunity to:
• Acquire realistic ideas about specific careers within a Minor League Baseball organization to help you determine whether you want to pursue that career after high school.
• Practice good work ethics - reporting to work on time, dressing appropriately for the job, and cooperating with fellow workers.
• Learn job-seeking skills by participating in one-on-one conversations with Fisher Cats front office staff members

Shadowing of Fisher Cats employees are allowed on specific game dates throughout the season. If interested, please view our online schedule and select one (1) home game hosted on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. (Click to view our schedule). Then, email with a request to shadow a Fisher Cats employee with your interests (I.e. Marketing, Promotions, Production, Sales and Ticketing, Customer Services, Stadium Operations.) A resumé should accompany all inquiries.

If the shadowing opportunity and date provided are approved, the applicant will receive four (4) tickets to the selected (or mutually agreed upon) game. One should plan arrive at the game 90 minutes before the game to allow some time for conversation and job explanation before joining his or her guests in the stands (if all four tickets are utilized) after after the third inning. Appropriate attire for all shadowers includes kahki pants or shorts (non-cargo), sneakers, and a polo shirt or pull-over jacket (Fisher Cats apparel or red/white/blue polo is encouraged, but not required.)

Please email with additional questions.
