The Victory Field concourse boasts a circular one-third of a mile plaza space, plus covered and open-air sections that make it a perfect area for any type of trade show, carnival, corporate celebration or festival. Pricing ranges from $7,500 to $25,000 based on group size and set up needs.

Available for batting practice, concerts, presentations, wedding ceremonies, kids activities, and more, the Victory Field playing surface offers limitless possibilities with over 120,000 square feet of baseball space. Make your work field day one your employees will never forget. A basic field rental includes the use of dugouts, bats, balls, helmets, and batting practice screens.

Impact Pregame Meeting Room

Request Info The Indians' only meeting space available to rent on game days, the Impact Meeting Room is able to accommodate the popular trend of combining business with ballgames. The room can be arranged for roundtable, horseshoe-shaped, classroom or theatre-style formats for groups of 10-40 people. Amenities include a 70-inch TV and computer monitor, projector and screen, conference phone, buffet tables and waiting area. Refreshments are available starting at $4 per person, per hour. Great for mini-conferences, board meetings and game-day presentations before first pitch. Game tickets are required. The Impact Meeting room is available on game-days only.

Request Info The largest rentable indoor space at Victory Field (1600 sq. ft.), the Third Base Suite Lounge offers open space convertible to your tastes. Included with your rental is access to a registration lobby and veranda overlooking White River State Park, as well as a Party Terrace and Kyocera Party Deck overlooking the playing field. Combine all areas for breakout meetings or an indoor/outdoor reception for 100-200 guests. Great for conferences and presentations or mixers and socials. Pricing for events (up to three hours) range from $2,500 to $5,000 based on group size and set up needs. Please note that this area is available for evenings and weekends only.
