Donation Request Guidelines

Like yours, the IronBirds love being an integral member of the community. To support our fellow community members, the club is happy to make charitable donations, of tickets and promotional items, to many organizations. In order to best assist the entire community, organizations are limited to one request within a twelve-month period. 


Please refer to the guidelines below when making a donation request:

  • Non-profit organizations must submit their request for a donation at least six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled event.
  • All requests must be submitted in writing on the organization's letterhead.
  • Requests may be submitted via email to Amelia Adams at, or by mail to 873 Long Drive, Aberdeen, MD 21001.
  • If your request is unable to be fulfilled, an IronBirds representative will contact you via either telephone or e-mail.
  • If your request is fulfilled, your donation must be picked up at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium. Due to high donation volume, we are unable to mail donations.
  • The IronBirds are not responsible for items lost or misplaced after being picked up.
  • Donations to for-profit company programs and initiatives, including employee appreciation events, employee incentives, etc., are not available.
  • While the IronBirds are not able to fulfill requests for monetary donations, we'd be happy to work with your organization on a fundraising event. Please call 410-297-9292 for more information.


While the IronBirds attempt to fulfill all requests, that's sometimes not always possible. Should the IronBirds be unable to fulfill your request, we do encourage you to submit a request in the future.
