Request Info

Since 2005, the Indianapolis Indians have honored the late Mike Schneider with a golf outing in his name. Schneider was a front office employee for 17 seasons, managing the Indians ticket operations the final nine seasons at Bush Stadium and the club's first eight seasons at Victory Field. He passed away suddenly in August 2004. He was only 42 years old.

The Mike Schneider Memorial Golf Outing is held at Broadmoor Country Club. The Donald Ross-designed golf course encompasses 200 rolling acres and is conveniently located 10 minutes north of downtown Indianapolis. Broadmoor Country Club has proudly hosted some of the sport's iconic names, including Gary Player, Arnold Palmer, Raymond Floyd and Lee Trevino.

Participation in the outing includes lunch and a silent auction. All proceeds from the event go towards a local nonprofit organization. To sign up or learn more about this year's event, contact the Community Relations Department by clicking the Request Info button above.
