Rich Mozingo President

Rich Mozingo

Rich begins his 23rd year in professional baseball with his return to the Chattanooga Lookouts. He began his career in January of 1993 with the Texas Rangers organization in Port Charlotte, Florida before taking a job with the Lookouts that November to become the Director of Group Sales. He spent the next nine years moving up through the ranks before becoming General Manager of the Lookouts in 1999. In 2002, he moved to Columbia, South Carolina to become the President and General Manager of the Capital City Bombers. After three years, he took the team and relocated the franchise to Greenville, South Carolina. In 2006, he moved to Lakewood, New Jersey to work with the Single-A Affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, the Lakewood BlueClaws. In August of 2011, he was given the opportunity and accepted the position to return to Chattanooga as the President and General Manager of the Lookouts. Rich holds a marketing degree from James Madison University and lives in Chattanooga with his wife, Tracy, and their two sons, Lucas and Alex.



Andrew Zito Vice President

Andrew Zito

Andrew joined the Lookouts' team in January of 2012 as a part of the inaugural intern program. In addition to group sales, Andrew served as our Food & Beverage Associate. He is a 2010 graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he received his Bachelors of Science in Marketing, while minoring in Sport Business. A native of Fort Myers, Florida, Andrew vigorously and futilely roots for the Miami Dolphins.



Steve Sullivan Director, Food & Beverage

Steve Sullivan

Steve is entering his 14th season with the Lookouts as Director of Concessions. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He has a daughter Samantha and two grandsons, Steele and Jacob. A native of Saginaw, Michigan, he is an avid Michigan Wolverines sports fan and enjoys golf and spending time with his grandchildren.



Aaron Glachman Ticket Operations Manager

Aaron Glachman

Aaron is a proud Penn State graduate. He has worked with Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics and the Trenton Titans as an intern. Aaron joins the Lookouts from the Trenton Thunder where he spent 2016 as a ticket assistant and inside sales representative. He loves all things Philadelphia sports and hockey, which he occasionally still plays. In his free time Aaron can usually be found watching movies or dominating bar trivia nights.



Bret Cranston Ticket Partnership Manager

Bret Cranston

Bret is a passionate sports enthusiast who is beginning his second year with the Lookouts. Before coming to the Chattanooga Lookouts, Bret spent two years as a part of the Game Operations Staff with the Atlanta Dream(WNBA). Prior to that Bret graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor's degree in Sports Administration and a business minor. During his time there, he worked with the University's Athletic program and the Semi-professional basketball team the Chattanooga Rail-Runners. Bret is also an avid snowboarder in the winter, and enjoys wakeboarding in the summer



Larry Ward Director of Broadcasting

Larry Ward

The 2018 season will mark Larry's 30th with the Lookouts. Since 1989, "The Voice" has been telling the story of Lookouts baseball to thousands of loyal listeners in the Tennessee Valley. Larry also serves as the Lookouts' travel secretary and is the direct link between the Twins and the players that spend their summer in Chattanooga. Before joining the Lookouts, Larry held the microphone for the Portland Beavers, Tucson Torros, Jacksonville Suns, and Charleston (SC) Rainbows. He has also served as the voice of Citadel University sports. During the off-season, Larry is the voice of the UTC Lady-Mocs basketball team. Larry was inducted into the Greater Chattanooga Sports Hall of Fame in 2005. Larry and his wife, Nelle, will celebrate their 33rd anniversary this season.



Dan Kopf Public & Media Relations Manager

Dan Kopf

The New Jersey native joined the Lookouts as their Public & Media Relations Manager in 2014 after spending the 2013 season as the Public Relations Assistant for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox of the Pacific Coast League. Prior to that, he spent a year interning with the Major League Lacrosse franchise the Ohio Machine while earning his master's degree in Sport Management from The Ohio State University. Dan is also a graduate of Marist College, in Poughkeepsie, New York, where he majored in Communications and interned for two years in their athletic department. .



Alex Tainsh Marketing & Promotions Manager

Alex Tainsh

2015 will mark Alex's third season with the Lookouts as their Marketing and Promotions Manager. Alex graduated from The George Washington University in May 2009 with a degree in Business Administration concentrating in Marketing and Sports Management. After completing his degree, he worked with the Washington Nationals as an Assistant in their Ticket Operations Department. In 2010, Alex moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico and spent three years with the Albuquerque Isotopes, the Triple-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers. A native from Rhode Island, Alex is a fan of all New England sports teams, especially the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox.




Jennifer Crum Ticket Partnership & Retail Manager

Jennifer Crum

Jennifer Crum graduated from North Carolina State University in December 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management and embarks on her fourth season with the Chattanooga Lookouts. Before beginning with the Lookouts, Jennifer worked for the Durham Bulls, Reno Aces, North Carolina State University Sports Medicine as a Student Trainer, and a Zumba/Step Aerobics Instructor at NC State University Recreation. Away from AT&T Field Jennifer is heavily involved in the Southside Council of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce.



Coralee Bryan Corporate Partnership Manager

Coralee Bryan

A native Chattanoogan, Coralee grew up eating peanuts and Cracker Jacks with the Chattanooga Lookouts from Engel Stadium to AT&T Field. Prior to joining the Lookouts as their Corporate Partnership Manager in late 2015, she spent several years in local media; turning average business Joe's into television sensations. When she isn't chasing around her three vivacious children - Will, Adley & Merritt - you can find her running awkwardly through the streets of her neighborhood, shopping for shoes or enjoying a glass of wine with friends.



Anthony Polito Operations and Concessions Manager

Anthony Polito

Hailing from New York City, Anthony will be entering his third year with the Lookouts as their Operations & Concessions Manager. Anthony graduated from Sacred Heart University in May 2013 where he earned his degree in Sports Management. Prior to joining the Lookouts, Anthony spent three seasons as the Assistant Director of Stadium Operations with the Bridgeport Bluefish of the Atlantic League. The Queens native is also a devoted New York Mets and Jacksonville Jaguars fan.



Graham Hartman Ticket Operations Manager

Graham Hartman

Having grown up down the road in Cleveland, Graham enters his 2nd season with the Lookouts after having spent the 2017 season as the Ticket Partnership Assistant. Graham graduated from East Tennessee State University in May 2016 earning his degree in Sports Management. While in Johnson City he was a manager for ETSU Women's Basketball Team, as well as interning for the Johnson City Cardinals. During his free time, Graham is a huge fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.



Alex Kerr Accounting Manager

Alex Kerr

A Tampa product, Alex enters his second season with the Lookouts as the Accounting Manager. Alex earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business from Covenant College on Lookout Mountain, GA, where he played Catcher for four years. He wrote his senior thesis on the effectiveness and validity of sabermetrics and has always had a passion for the business side of the game. Alex enjoys Mexican food, gaming with the boys, and woodworking with his pops during his downtime



Looie Director of Fun


Looie was born in the forest of nearby Lookout Mountain. From an early age Looie loved baseball, people and having loads of fun. He soon made his way down from Lookout Mountain and made a home at Engel Stadium. In 2001 he packed up his favorite toys and moved to AT&T Field as the team's Director of Fun. Come out to a game and you can see Looie drag the infield, dance to his favorite song 'Louie, Louie,' throw balls to his cheering fans in the stands, sign autographs, take pictures and have a blast with all his friends. When the Lookouts are on the road he spends his days lounging in the outfield, attending birthday parties so he can eat more cake and putting smiles on the faces of patients at the local hospitals.
