Bio: Ollie Osprey is a big, lovable bird that was hatched in 2002. Some of Ollie's favorite things are making noise with bells and tambourines, giving hugs to everyone, and racing children around the bases. Ollie is easily distracted and has yet to win a race, but will keep on trying. Also, Ollie is the only mascot to have a live "brother" living in its natural habitat at the ballpark -- that's right Ogren Park at Allegiance Field features live osprey that have nested on a pole just beyond the center field fence. Unlike Ollie, these osprey fly in for the baseball season and leave for the winter.
