Frequently Asked Questions

When does Will Call open?
Located just to the right of the Coca-Cola Field Box Office on the Swan St. side of the ballpark, Will Call is open one hour before the scheduled start time of the game. Prior to that, tickets left at will call can be picked up at general Box Office windows.

When do the Gates open?
Generally speaking, Coca-Cola Field gates open one hour before the scheduled start time of the game. However, that is subject to change and may be opened earlier or later during special events and/or doubleheaders. For fridaynightbash! games beginning in May, Coca-Cola Field gates open at 5pm to allow entry to the Resurgence Brewing 'Happy Hour.'

What are the benefits to purchasing my tickets in advance of game days?
You can SAVE $2.00 off the price of every single-game Bisons ticket when purchasing in advance of game day. That includes single-game purchases on Bisons.com or at the Coca-Cola Field Box Office.

How do rainouts work? When does a game get postponed?
Please refer to the Rain Delay/Rainouts Page on Bisons.com for all questions regarding games in inclement weather.

Does my child need a ticket, too?
Children three years old and younger do not require a ticket to attend a Bisons game at Coca-Cola Field as long as they don't occupy their own seat. Anyone four years old and older require a ticket.

What can I carry into the ballpark with me?
To ensure the safety of fans, players and Bisons associates, there are strict guidelines in place for what you can and can't bring into the ballpark. Please refer to the Ballpark Carry-In Policies Page on Bisons.com for all ballpark guidelines.

We have a group coming to the game...What are my options?
Check out the Group Outings page on Bisons.com page. There, you can start building the perfect group outing in any of Coca-Cola Field's great party areas like Game Day Suites, the Bully Hill Party Deck, the Labbat Blue Zone, the Centerfield Pavilion.

How do I make sure I get a giveaway item?
Most Bisons giveaways in 2017 will be at the Inspire Dental Gate at Swan St.. Because there is no re-entry to the ballpark once your ticket is scanned, it is imperative that you do not enter through another gate if you wish to receive a giveaway. As a reminder, all giveaways are while supplies last.

I lost my ticket? How can I get one re-printed?
If you misplaced your tickets, or forget to bring your tickets to a game, you may obtain a special duplicate ticket by visiting the Bisons' ticket office, located on the Swan St. side of Coca-Cola Field. Your tickets will be reprinted by paying the face value of your tickets. The next time you come to a game, bring the tickets you misplaced or forgot and you will be reimbursed the amount you paid to have your tickets reprinted.

What seating options are there for physically disabled fans?
There are reserved wheelchair spaces located on the Main and Club levels. Guest Relations has two wheelchairs available for use in transporting fans. Because of the limited seating availability in these specified areas, only one escort is allowed to accompany each wheelchair-bound fan. Additional seating can be purchased nearby.

What are 'Special Event' games?
Every Bisons game at Coca-Cola Field has a promotion or a theme tied into it to help make your experience unforgettable.. However, the term 'Special Event' refers to a game that has it's only indepedent ticket price. For example, the Independence Eve Celebration with the BPO is a Bisons 'Special Event' game. Because of this, unused flex tickets and tickets from postponed games cannot be redeemed for a 'Special Event' game.

At this time, the July 3rd BPO game is the Bisons only scheduled 'Special Event' game for 2017.
