Matt Callahan A native of Hingham, MA, Matt has been with the ValleyCats for nine seasons. He is a 2003 graduate of Boston College and before his time with the ValleyCats, spent several years in the telecommunication industry working for a firm in Natick, MA.

Matt was named the Sam Nader Executive/Staff Member of the Year by the New York-Penn League in 2012. In his free-time, Matt enjoys live music and playing sports such as baseball, softball, hockey, and skiing. He currently resides in downtown Troy with his wife Maggie and daughter Katherine.

Fun fact about me: I started skating when I was 3 years old and still play hockey in various leagues around the region.

Michelle Skinner A native of Twelve Mile, IN, Michelle is entering her eighth season with the ValleyCats. From 2010 - 2015 she served as the team's Fan Development / Community Relations Manager prior to being promoted to Assistant General Manager.

Before joining the ValleyCats, she completed an internship with the Vermont Lake Monsters and spent two years in Nashville, TN as the Operations Assistant for the Nashville Superspeedway. Michelle is a member of the Troy Kiwanis and Friends of St Jude - Albany.

Skinner received a Bachelors Degree in Sport Administration from Ball State University in 2007. She enjoys spending her free time traveling, attending concerts and sporting events, and volunteering.

Chris Chenes Chris is entering his eighth season handling the media relations & production duties for the ValleyCats. He has been involved with the team on a seasonal basis since their inaugural 2002 season. Chris is proud to be a Troy native working for his hometown team.

He obtained an Associate's Degree in Communications from Hudson Valley Community College, in which he spent a year at the New School Of Radio And Television in Albany. Chris then spent the next two years at The College Of Saint Rose graduating in 2008 with a B.A. in Communications.

Chris currently resides in Troy, is the Board President of the Troy Boys & Girls Club, and in his free time enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing and traveling.

Jessica Kaszeta Jessica is entering her seventh season with the 'Cats. She grew up in Wilmington, Delaware where she attended McKean High School and ran for the cross country and track teams, graduating in 2004.

From there, she went to Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware, where she continued her cross country career and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Kaszeta furthered her education at Springfield College in Springfield, MA where in 2010 she graduated with a Master of Science in Sport Management.

Prior to joining the 'Cats, Jessica was an intern for the Philadelphia Eagles working in ticket operations. She has also worked as gameday staff for the New England Patriots during the 2009 season and worked with the AmeriCorps program in Springfield, MA.

Chris SnyderChris Snyder is originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania. After graduating from SUNY Cortland, he began his career in sports and entertainment as an operations supervisor with Global Spectrum at the Wells Fargo Center in 2013.

In 2015, he moved out west to be an operations manager for Global Spectrum at the Lea County Event Center & Fairgrounds in Hobbs, New Mexico. The following year, he moved to Tallahassee Florida to work at Global's account on the Florida State University campus. While in college, Chris worked part-time for the Olympic Regional Development Authority in Lake Placid New York.


Favorite sports teams: Philadelphia Flyers, Green Bay Packers, Texas Tech Red Raiders
Which actor/actress would you want to play you in a movie? Leonardo DiCaprio
Favorite band: The Eagles

Missy HenryMissy is entering into her third season with the ValleyCats, recently coming on full-time after serving as the Suites Supervisor during the 2015 season. She grew up in Latham, New York where she attended Latham Christian Academy and played basketball until graduating in 2005.
Missy is a graduate of Schenectady County Community College with degrees in both Culinary Arts and Hotel/Restaurant Management, and has a Bachelor's Degree in Event Management from Delhi University. Prior to joining the ValleyCats, Missy was an intern for the 2014 and 2015 Kentucky Derby's. She also owns and operates a catering and events company.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, playing basketball and spending time with family and friends, especially her nieces and nephews.
