Getting to know MGM Park
ACCESSIBLE SEATING: Accessible seating is reserved for guests with accessible requirements and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. MGM Park is committed to working with guests on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales are based on availability. MGM Park is fully accessible. Guests may enter MGM Park at either of the entry gates. Ramps are provided at each entry, and an elevator will take patrons to the Suites and Club Level.

ALCOHOL POLICY: Southern League policy ends all alcohol sales at the end of the 7th inning. All fans under 30 years of age will be asked for identification to confirm age. Underage fans with alcohol will be ejected and/or reported to law enforcement.
ATM: ATMs are located behind Section 100 next to the Shuckers Shop and behind Section 103 next to the concession stand.
AUTOGRAPHS: Fans can request autographs from players alongside the dugouts before and after games only.
BABY CHANGING TABLES: Baby changing tables are located inside all restrooms.
BAG SEARCHES: All bags and backpacks are subject to search.
BALLS IN PLAY: Fans are reminded not to interfere with a ball in play. Fans violating this policy are subject to removal from MGM Park.
BANNERS & SIGNS: All banners and signs brought into MGM Park - including corporate signage - must be approved by Shuckers Management. Banner locations must not interfere with the game or another fan's view.
BERM SEATING: Tickets for the berm are sold on the day of the game only, unless all other seating areas are sold out in advance. Fans with berm tickets are permitted to sit on the grass or on blankets. No chairs are allowed on the grass.
CAMERAS: Cameras are permitted inside MGM Park. Photography is allowed; however photographs may not be used or sold commercially without the express written consent of the Biloxi Shuckers. Videotaping of games is permitted only with advance coordination with the Shuckers and Minor League Baseball. All working media must be credentialed through the Shuckers Media Relations Department.
CATERING: The Shuckers and Spectra Food Services host catered picnics in the picnic areas. No outside catered food and/or drinks may be brought into MGM Park. Call (228) 233-3465 for more information on reserving the picnic areas.
CONCESSIONS: All food and drinks that are served at MGM Park are provided exclusively by Spectra Food Services, the concessionaire at MGM Park, and no other food distributor, restaurant, etc. is authorized to distribute or sell food and drinks on MGM Park property without the written permission of the Biloxi Shuckers.
CREDIT CARDS: MGM Parks accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Cash can be obtained with your credit or debit cards by utilizing the ATM.
DIRECTIONS TO MGM PARK: From I-10: Exit 46A to I-110 South, then Exit 1A (Ocean Springs exit) to merge onto US 90 East/Beach Boulevard. Turn left at Caillavet Street. MGM Park is on the left.
DONATIONS: Those businesses that are registered not-for-profit or 501(c)(3) organizations may download a donation request form from our web site at www.biloxishuckers.com under the Community Tab. The form can be returned with a request on the organization's letterhead to: Biloxi Shuckers, PO Box 173, Biloxi, MS 39533. ALL donation requests must be on organizational letterhead; there are no exceptions to this policy. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for the request to be processed. ELEVATOR: An elevator located inside the stadium may be utilized by fans. To facilitate a speedy entry and exit, please have your tickets available.

EMERGENCY SERVICES: Medical assistance and emergency services are located behind home plate on the concourse.

FANS CODE OF CONDUCT: The Biloxi Shuckers are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests at MGM Park.
Our staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where guests can enjoy the MGM Park experience free from unacceptable behavior, including the following:
· Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures
· Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption
· Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting
· Obscene or indecent clothing
· Any disruption of the game or event, including throwing of objects or trespassing on the playing field or in restricted areas
· Sitting in a location other than the guest's ticketed seat
· Fighting, taunting, or making threatening remarks or gestures.
Any guest not adhering to the above code or behaving in an unruly manner will be removed from the ballpark. Biloxi Shuckers management reserves the right to determine what is unruly or unacceptable behavior, warranting removal.

GAME TIMES: Most game times are scheduled for 7:10 pm. However, there are a few special game times scheduled. Game times are subject to change without notice.
GATE OPENINGS: Gates normally open 70 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
GROUPS: Groups of 20 or more fans attending a game can take advantage of discount ticket rates. Call (228) 233-3465 to reserve your group.
GUEST SERVICES: Our Guest Services station is located behind home plate on the concourse. Guest Services representatives can assist you with your ticketing and general facility inquiries.
LASER POINTERS: Laser Pointers are strictly forbidden; any person using a laser pointer inside the stadium will be ejected from the stadium and/or subject to arrest.
LOST & FOUND: Lost & Found items are taken to Guest Services during games. During non-game hours, fans may contact the Shuckers administration office at (228) 233-3465 to inquire about lost & found items. Found items are kept for a maximum of two weeks, and then will be donated to a local charity.
MERCHANDISE: The Shuckers Shop located at MGM Park is open during all home games starting when gates open until shortly after the game. Both areas provide different styles of Shuckers apparel, hats, and novelty souvenirs. The Shuckers Team Shop located at 820 Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd, Suite B Biloxi, MS 39530 (located in the CTA Building) is open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm. You can also shop online 24/7 at www.biloxishuckers.com. You can call (228) 207-3611 for any retail related questions.
MILWAUKEE BREWERS: The Major League parent club of the Biloxi Shuckers is the Milwaukee Brewers. All Shuckers players and coaches are under contract with the Brewers.
NATIONAL ANTHEM: The Biloxi Shuckers conduct auditions during the off-season to register National Anthem performers. Please contact the team regarding auditions. The Shuckers will utilize only those fans that perform the National Anthem in a dignified, respectful and traditional manner.
NURSING MOTHERS: Nursing mothers have the right to breastfeed babies at MGM Park. For your comfort, please visit Guest Services, and we will make private accommodations for you in a stress-free, quiet area.
OBJECTS LEAVING THE FIELD OF PLAY: Fans should be on alert that bats and baseballs may leave the field of play. Fans are advised to stay alert at all times.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Per Southern League rules, outside food or beverage, cans, glass bottles or alcohol, coolers, etc. are not permitted inside MGM Park.
OWNERSHIP: The Biloxi Shuckers are owned and operated by Biloxi Baseball, LLC. The team president is Ken Young, who is also the president of the Albuquerque Isotopes (AAA-Colorado), Norfolk Tides (AAA-Baltimore), Bowie Baysox (AA-Baltimore) and Frederick Keys (A-Baltimore).
PARKING: Parking for Biloxi Shuckers games and MGM Park events is available throughout downtown Biloxi.
PETS: Except for service animals and any scheduled "Pet-Friendly" events, no pets are allowed inside MGM Park.
RE-ENTRY POLICY: Fans temporarily exiting the ballpark will need to have their hand stamped to ensure re-entry.
SEASON TICKETS: Season Tickets for all regular season Shuckers home games are available through the Shuckers Ticket Sales department, which can be reached at (228) 233-3465.
SECURITY: The Biloxi Shuckers utilize Scarborough Security Services and the Biloxi Police Department. If a problem or a situation develops during the game, please contact a Shuckers staff member, usher, or security personnel immediately.
SMOKING POLICY: MGM Park is a smoke-free facility. This includes electronic cigarettes or any water vapor type of smoking device. In consideration of all Guests, the Shuckers ask for Guest cooperation. The only designated smoking area is outiside the park's North and South Gates.
SPRING TRAINING: The Shuckers are part of the Milwaukee Brewers Minor League organization and train in Maryvale, AZ.
STROLLERS: Strollers are permitted, but they must be folded up and stored under the seats.
THE LEFT FIELD TERRACE: The Left Field Terrace is available for rent by groups on a per-game basis. The area must be rented in advance by contacting the Shuckers' Group Sales department at (228) 233-3465. A minimum of 28 people are required to qualify as a group in this area. Due to the total number of seats available in the area, multiple groups may enjoy The Left Field Terrace during a game. Groups can have exclusivity in this area with the purchase of a minimum of 84 tickets for the area.
TICKETS: Fans may purchase tickets at the MGM Park Box Office during regular business hours. They may also be purchased online 24 hours a day, seven days a week by going to the Shuckers official website, www.biloxishuckers.com, or to www.ticketmaster.com. Other ticket purchase options include calling Ticketmaster by phone at (800) 745-3000 or by visiting any Ticketmaster outlet (located in Gulf Coast Walmart locations). The Shuckers administrative offices and store are not able to process telephone orders. Convenience fees apply to all Ticketmaster purchases. All fans ages two and older must have a ticket to enter MGM Park.
Tickets are the property of the Biloxi Shuckers and may not be sold or distributed. Attempted or actual resale or distribution of tickets at any price is prohibited. Shuckers management reserves the right to confiscate any tickets being sold or distributed.
THROWING OF OBJECTS: There is no throwing of baseballs, tennis balls, victory balls, Frisbees, or playing catch, etc. allowed on the main concourse, inside or outside the stadium.
TOURS: Call (228) 233-3465 to arrange a tour of MGM Park for your group. Tours will be conducted on non-game days only and must be pre-arranged.
UMBRELLAS: Umbrellas are allowed inside the stadium, but they cannot restrict the view of others whether it is raining or sunny.
WILL CALL: Individual game tickets purchased online can be held at the MGM Park Box Office's Will Call window. A Photo ID is required to pick up tickets.
