Girl

Girl Power Baseball Clinic: We are excited to introduce our first ever Girl Power Baseball Clinic! The clinic is open for girls ages 7-12. Regardless of your skill level and whether or not you have played on a baseball team before, if you want to learn the game of baseball, we want YOU to be a part of our inaugural all-girl baseball clinic. This clinic is ideal for girls who want to receive fundamental training from experienced instructors and current RoughRiders players, grow their skills in the game of baseball, and of course, have fun! The clinic will include instruction in fielding, hitting, throwing, and base running. It will provide girls an engaging and memorable environment to play like the pros! All participants will receive one (1) ticket to that night's Girl Power RoughRiders game. We look forward to seeing you out on the field!

Pitching Clinic: The clinic will offer youth baseball players ages 8 to 12 the opportunity to improve their pitching game. Campers will be taught a variety of drills in order to develop proper pitching mechanics. Individual groups will be small to assure that each camper gets maximum instruction from our baseball coaches. Our goal is to make their experience at the clinic as beneficial and enjoyable as possible by improving their pitching skills and developing proper pitching habits.

Hitting Clinic: The clinic will offer youth baseball players ages 7 to 12 the opportunity to cover various hitting drills and techniques in-depth. Campers will experience various stations, specialized for hitting fundamentals of baseball. The teaching of these fundamentals will include drills to help correct faults of a young player and instruct them on the proper techniques to develop their skills. Individual groups will be small to assure that each camper gets maximum instruction from our baseball coaches.

Development Camp: This camp is available for beginner to competitive players, ages 7-12 years old, who know fundamentals and understand the game of baseball. This camp will focus on the mental and physical mechanics of the game while engaging participants in drills to perfect hitting, fielding, throwing, bunting, base running, and more. This camp includes position-specific instruction and is not intended for younger or inexperienced players. Camp coaches specialize in the mechanics taught and RoughRiders players will make a special appearance.

Rookie Camp: This camp provides an opportunity for the youngest baseball players, ages 4-6 years old, to become familiar with the fundamentals of the game. Fundamental skills include, hitting, fielding, throwing, and base running. The sessions allow for players to learn the basics and to develop individual skills. Instruction is individually oriented regardless of skill level and experience. Camp coaches specialize in the mechanics taught and RoughRiders players will make a special appearance.
