VALLEYCATS FAN CODE OF CONDUCT

The ValleyCats would like to thank all of our fans for their passion, excitement and dedication. Because of you, Joseph L. Bruno Stadium is a great place for our fans to watch a game. When attending a Tri-City ValleyCats home game, all fans should be aware of and comply with the ValleyCats Fan Code of Conduct. The ValleyCats are dedicated to developing fans for life by creating an experience that is affordable, fun and entertaining while in a safe and clean environment, and we need your help to do so.

Stadium staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where all event patrons can enjoy the game. Fans attending the games are required to refrain from the following behaviors:

  • Behavior that detracts from the day-of-game enjoyment of fellow fans.
  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.
  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
  • Foul or abusive language, obscene gestures towards, verbal or physical harassment of fellow fans, players, coaches, stadium personnel or umpires.
  • Interference with the process of the game, going onto to the field or throwing objects onto the playing surface.
  • Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel.
  • Attempting to sit in a location other than your ticketed location.
  • Conduct that endangers spectators, participants or stadium personnel.
  • Bringing outside food or beverage into the stadium as that is prohibited at "The Joe."

Ticket holders and patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets during games. Please respect the rights of others. Ticket holders and patrons who choose not to abide by these provisions will result in the following sequence of actions:

1) Verbal warning by the ValleyCats staff and/or request to re-locate seats
2) Documentation of the offense and a meeting with a member of the ValleyCats front office staff
3) Tickets revoked for current and/or future games.

Each incident will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and the ValleyCats reserve the right to issue an immediate ejection to any patron depending on the severity of their conduct.

If you have a problem or complaint, please find the nearest ValleyCats employee for immediate assistance. Further assistance may be found at Fan Services located behind Section 100. Please feel free to contact our main office at 518-629-2287 to report a problem, email us at info@tcvalleycats.com, or download our new Inside the Ballpark App for additional means of in-game communication. Both mediums will be monitored throughout the game and should be used if you are not comfortable getting up from your seat to report an incident while at the game. Please include details of the incident, date, time and location in all reports.

We thank you for your cooperation and support of the Tri-City ValleyCats!
