Lace up your tennis shoes, stretch out those muscles, and get ready for Raley's Wellness Wednesdays at Raley Field! Each Wednesday we'll particpate in a fun workout or activity all about encouraging active lifestyles and healthy living.
Check out the schedule below for details on what activities will take place and when. Then, just come out to the ballpark for a game and join your fellow baseball fans as we take on life one push up, lap, and downward dog pose at a time.

Zumba: Today's Zumba Class will be taught by CFit Dance Studio in the Beer Garden at Raley Field. To join, please meet at 5:15 p.m. at Suite Entrance with your special Wellness Wednesday - Zumba ticket. Class will start promptly at 5:30 and be finished by 6:30 p.m.
Yoga: Today's Yoga session will take place on the outfield grass following the conclusion of the River Cats game. Please meet at the Western Health Advantage Information Desk located behind section 112 at the top of the ninth inning.
5K Run/Walk: Run or walk with us! Just meet at the Lasher's Elk Grove Dodge Main Gate at 5:45 p.m. The run starts at 6:00 p.m. and ends with a lap around the field.
Cross-training: Today's cross-training workout will take place on the outfield grace following the conclusion of the River Cats game and will be led by a CalFit instructor. Please meet at the Western Health Advantage Information Desk located behind section 112 at the top of the ninth inning.
Tour de Cat: This annual bike ride along the river starts promptly at 5:45 p.m. Please meet no later than 5:30 outside the Lasher's Elk Grove Dodge Main Gate at 5:30 p.m. The ride will travel along the river before ending with a lap around the warning track.
Wet Nose Wednesday: Dogs are FREE with paid owner (must sit on lawn). Dogs are allowed in designated areas only; there will be communal water bowls, but it is encouraged to come prepared with your own receptacle. Limited waste bags will be available. Please do not bring your dog if it is sick, aggressive, or sensitive to heat.
