Stadium Guide A To Z



Alcohol Policy - NYSEG Stadium has 6 Points of Sales for alcohol including 4 portable carts, the Good Hops station, and Bully Hill Wine Cellar. A valid photo ID is required to purchase all alcoholic beverages. Outside alcohol beverages will not be allowed inside NYSEG Stadium. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed outside of the gates of the stadium. Alcohol sales are cut off in the 7th inning.

Animals - Animals are not allowed inside of NYSEG Stadium except for service animals as well as on Bark In The Park Nights. Stay tuned for our 2017 Bark In The Park dates. 

ATM - An NBT Bank ATM is stationed on the concourse behind home plate just inside the administrative offices. 

Autographs - The Rumble Ponies players sign autographs at their discretion both before and after games. Fans are permitted to line up along the 1st base and 3rd base line in the front row prior to the start of the game. Autograph seekers may be asked to move should the seat holder wish to access their seat during the hour leading up to the game. 


Bag Check - All bags including purses, totes, backpacks, and otherwise will be searched upon entry. No outside food and beverage is permitted inside of the ballpark. If food or beverage is found inside your bag upon entry it will be confiscated. Umbrellas are permitted to be brought inside the stadium in a bag. Blankets are permitted to be brought inside a bag.  

Ballpark Tour - Behind the scenes tours of NYSEG Stadium for groups are available by reservation only. Contact the Rumble Ponies Front Office at 607.722.3866 to arrange your tour.   

Baseball Clinics - Each summer the Binghamton Rumble Ponies host a three-day clinic with the players in August. Please stay tuned for 2017 dates to be released soon. 

Behavior and Conduct - Rumble Ponies Baseball is a family-oriented experience. We ask that the behavior of all spectators be in accordance with the environment. Any use of disruptive and vulgar language and/or gestures will be prohibited. Furthermore, fans will be asked to leave the ballpark without a refund if they are wearing anything that possess signs with obscene or derogatroy words or messages. If your experience at NYSEG Stadium is being interrupted by the behavior of another fan please contact the nearest usher to resolve the matter. 

Birthday Bash (Wegman's Birthday Bash) - Are you looking to host your child(ren)'s next Birthday Party at the coolest place around town? Wegman's and the Rumble Ponies have you covered with our Birthday Bash parties starting at only $100.00. All parties include a Wegman's birthday cake, birthday t-shirt, food package, and box seat ticket. For more information email 

Box Office Hours - The NYSEG Stadium Box Office is open from March through September. The Box Office will be open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on all non-game days. The Box Office will be open for all home games starting at 9:00 AM and remaining open through the entirety of the game. Please note from April through September (during the season) if the Rumble Ponies are not home the Box Office will be closed. 

Broadcast - All 140 home and away Rumble Ponies broadcasts are available via the Tune In App, our by listening to WNBF 1290 AM. Please note any day game during the week (home and away) is broadcast on ESPN 1360 AM. 


Cameras and Digital Recording Devices - Cameras and Digital Recording Devices are allowed inside of NYSEG Stadium for personal use only. No professional zoom lenses, tripods, and etc. are allowed unless permitted by the management. For press credentials please email 

Checks - Any checks used to purchase tickets, merchandise, sponsorships, and etc. must be made payable to the Binghamton Rumble Ponies.

Children's Ticket Prices - Children under the age of 3 are admitted free as long as they sit on a guardian's lap. If you would like your child 3 and under to occupy a seat, they will need to have a ticket. All children tickets are a $2.00 discount off our regular priced tickets. Children are ages 3 to 12. 

Concessions - NYSEG Stadium concessions are run by Professional Sports Catering and include a variety of unique concession items and traditional ballpark fare. There are four full service food and beverage stands with a full menu of food items including items such as hot dogs, hamburgers, spiedies, chicken fingers and fries, and much more. The Rumble Ponies also have four portable carts located throughout the concourse such as Dippin' Dots, Smokie's Sausage Shack, Salsa, and Steakadelphia. Additionally, the Hickory's BBQ pit down the 1st base line serves in-house smoked brisket, pork, and many other BBQ fares. 

Credit Cards - The Rumble Ponies accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover at our Box Office, Souvenir Shop, and any Food and Beverage point of sale. 


Directions - Please see the following directions on getting to NYSEG Stadium below: 

From Points North (I-81): Whitney Point, Cortland, Syracuse
Take Interstate 81 South to Binghamton and get off at Exit #5 (I-88 E/Front St/Broome CC). Go 0.2 miles and turn left onto US-11 N/Front St for 0.5 miles. Turn left onto US-11 N/Front St and go 0.2 miles. Turn left onto Country Rd 145/Bevier St and drive 0.2 miles. At the 1st right turn onto Chenango St and continue 0.6 miles. Turn left and stay on Chenango St for 0.7 miles. Turn left onto Centennial Plaza and go 335 feet. Take the 1st left onto Henry Street and go 0.1 miles. NYSEG Stadium will appear on your left side.

From Points South (I-81): Scranton, Hallstead, Great Bend, New Milford
Take Interstate 81 North to Binghamton and get off at Exit #4S (Binghamton, NY Route 7 South [Brandywine Street]). Take Route 7 approximately 3/4 of a mile and get off at the U.S. Route 11 exit. At the end of the exit ramp travel straight through the traffic light to the stadium.

From Points South/East (17/Future I-86): New York City, Hancock, Deposit
Follow NY Route 17 West to Exit #4S (Binghamton, NY Route 7 South [Brandywine Street]). Take Route 7 approximately 3/4 of a mile and get off at the U.S. Route 11 exit. At the end of the exit ramp travel straight through the traffic light to the stadium.

From Points West (17/Future I-86): Owego, Elmira, Corning, Waverly, Sayre (PA), Greater Valley (PA)
Follow NY Route 17 East to Exit #4S (Binghamton, NY Route 7 South [Brandywine Street]). (Keep in my mind that NY Route 17 and Interstate 81 are the same road at this point). Take Route 7 approximately 3/4 of a mile and get off at the U.S. Route 11 exit. At the end of the exit ramp travel straight through the traffic light to the stadium.

From Points North/East (I-88): Afton, Bainbridge, Sidney, Oneonta, Albany
Take Interstate 88 West to Exit #1 (Binghamton, NY Route 7 South [Brandywine Street]). Follow Route 7 South through two traffic lights and approximately three miles and exit at the U.S. Route 11 exit. At the end of the exit ramp travel straight through the traffic light to the stadium.

From Points North/East (Route 12): Greene, Oxford, Norwich, Utica
Take NY Route 12 South until it ends. At its ending point NY Route 12 will turn into U.S. Route 11 South. Follow Route 11 for 2/10 of a mile and turn right on to Interstate 81 South. Take Interstate 81 South to Exit #4S (Binghamton, NY Route 7 South [Brandywine Street]). Take Route 7 approximately 3/4 of a mile and get off at the U.S. Route 11 exit. At the end of the exit ramp travel straight through the traffic light to the stadium.

From Points South (Route 7): Montrose (PA)
Follow NY Route 7 North through Conklin into Binghamton. Turn right on to Tompkins Street and cross the bridge over the Susquehanna River. Travel through the first light after crossing the bridge and turn left at the second light (Henry Street). At the second light take a right into NYSEG Stadium parking lot.

Donation Requests - All donation requests should be submitted in writing to the Rumble Ponies on company or organizational letterhead and mailed in. We apologize in advance that all donation request might not be accommodated. 


Elevators - An elevator can be found on the concourse level behind home plate across from the Administrative Offices. The elevator is to be used by only by skybox patrons and members of the media. If you have a special circumstance please talk to a member of the Rumble Ponies staff and they can assist you. 

Exchanges - All ticket sales are final at the point of purchase. For store merchandise exchanges items must be in the original condition as when they were purchased including but not limited to all tags being attached to clothes and not show any signs of use. Merchandise will be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value to the original purchase. 


Fan Assistance -  Please see Moore's Tire Sales Fan Services below under M. 

Fan Mail - Letters and/or packages mailed to Rumble Ponies staff and players should be individually addressed to them and sent to 211 Henry Street, Binghamton, NY 13901. 

Field -  The Binghamton Rumble Ponies play on a brand new Kentucky Bluegrass turf just installed in 2015 by Clark Company. The dimensions of the field are as follows: Right Field - 330 ft, Center Field - 400 feet, and Left field - 330 feet.

First Aid - A UHS first aid station can be found just inside the main gate behind home plate. A nightly staff of two to three EMTs are on hand to assist all fans in need of medical attention. 


Gate Times - Gates will open an hour prior to the scheduled game time Saturday through Thursday unless otherwise noted, and 90 minutes before Friday night games.

General Admission Seating - The Rumble Ponies do not offer any form of general admission seating. Two types of tickets are offered - Reserved Grandstand and Box Seat. 


Handicap Accessible Seating -  Handicapped seating is offered behind home plate, as well as down the first and third base lines. A limited amount of handicapped seats are available and once they are sold they are sold out. 

Hotels Near Ballpark - Rumble Ponies fans looking to stay right near the ballpark are encouraged to stay at the Holiday Inn Downtown or the Binghamton Doubletree. Both hotels are within walking distance of NYSEG Stadium.


Internships - Internships are available with the team from January through September in areas such as: Marketing, Sales, Ticket Sales, and Video Production. Positions are filled in the fall and winter. If interested please call 607.722.3866.



Kid's Zone: The Kid's Zone is located down the 1st base line at NYSEG Stadium right near Hickory's BBQ pit. Kids have a wide array of options including our giant obstacle course slide, bounce dance party, speed pitch, and giant cornhole. Each game costs $1 or a wristband can be purchased for $5 that will allow unlimited access throughout the night


Lost and Found - If you have lost an item while at NYSEG Stadium you can stop by the Moore's Tire Sales Fan Services window throughout the game located on the concourse directly behind home plate. You may also call 607.278.6253 during business hours (M-F 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) to see if the item has been turned into our lost and found.


Merchandise - Merchandise is sold throughout all home games in the team store located behind home plate near Sections 103 and 105. Fans are also welcome to stop by the store during regular business hours (M-F 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) when the team is on the road.

Official Game - Baseball games are official after five (5) full innings or 4 1/2 innings if the home team is ahead. If a game is called after this point in time, no makeup or continuations will be scheduled unless the game is tied. Rain checks are not issued once a game becomes official. If a game is called before it becomes official, a makeup or continuation will be scheduled by the Eastern League and rain checks may be distributed at the discretion of the Rumble Ponies management.
Outside Food and Beverage - Per official Eastern League rules, outside food and beverage are NOT allowed inside of NYSEG Stadium. If you have a special request, please contact the Front Office at 607.722.3866.


Parking - Parking is $4 per car and $12 per bus in the Henry Street lot directly behind the right field outfield wall. On fireworks nights part of the lot is closed off for the Toyota Fireworks show. We ask you to please be courteous to our Gearcor Parking Lot staff as they ensure the safety of all of our fans.
Party Deck - Brand new to NYSEG Stadium in 2017 is our Party Deck located along the first base line of the ballpark. To ask how you can book your groups next event on the deck call or Sales Department at 607.722.3866.
Picnic Pavilion - Bring your group out to the ballpark for an hour and a half all-you-can-eat picnic before or during any Binghamton Rumble Ponies game in 2017. Our picnics are a great way to get your entire organization together for a staff outing, reward your loyal customers, and/or just spend time with the family. The best part of all is we do all the cooking and cleaning while you enjoy time with your friends, family, or co-workers while enjoying the best baseball in the Southern Tier. Public Address Announcements - The Rumble Ponies are more than happy to put any of your birthday, retirement, or anniversary announcements on the left field message center. Please note we cannot do any birthday, retirement, anniversary, and etc. messages over the loud speakers.



Rain Policy - If the game is postponed due to inclement weather with less than 4 1/2 innings completed, the tickets can be used as rain checks for any remaining game in 2017, based on availability. The only game in which rain tickets cannot be used for are July 3rd and post season games.

Re-Entry - There is no re-entry into the ballpark, unless it is an emergency. Once you leave the ballpark you have left for the remainder of the game. 

Refunds - No refunds will be given for ticket purchased at NYSEG Stadium. Please see the rain check policy above. 

Restrooms - A Men's and Women's restroom can be found on both the first and third base concourse. In addition, the UHS First Aid office directly behind home plate has a private restroom should you need it in the case of an emergency. Each bathroom is equipped with handicap accessible stalls. 


Soliciting - Solicitation of any product, services, and/or money at NYSEG Stadium or around NYSEG Stadium is strictly prohibited. Violators will be escorted off of the property. 

Smoking - The Rumble Ponies are happy to announce that in 2017 NYSEG Stadium will be a complete smoke free facility. No tobacco products and/or vapor products are permitted to be used inside the stadium.

Suite Rentals - Everyone is watching their budgets now and days. However, you can have your next corporate outing, family reunion, retirement party, or other special event for a high quality that meets the needs of your budget. The Moore's Tire Sales Suites at NYSEG Stadium is the ideal spot for your next event. Our Suites come with a first class service, which include your own individual server to see that all of your catering needs are met. It is hands down the best way to entertain your next function at the ballpark. Moore's Tire Sales Suites are open for rental on a nightly basis and season long leases and partial season leases are welcomed. Ticket Disclaimer - The holder of this ticket assumes all risk and danger arising from the action of players on the field or from other stadium events, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the game. Management reserves the right to revoke license granted by this ticket by refunding price paid for ticket. Eastern League rules prohibit bottles, cans, food, containers, and alcoholic beverages from being brought in the stadium. This ticket may not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price in violation of any federal, state, or local law or regulation. Rain check policy: In the event that 4 1/2 innings are not played on this date, this ticket may be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any other non-restricted regular season game in 2016, except July 3rd. Seating based on availability. There are no refunds for postponed games. A complimentary ticket is neither refundable or exchangeable. 


Umbrellas - Umbrellas are allowed inside of NYSEG Stadium, but please be respectful to your fellow fans as to not block their line of sight.

Ushers - Eight ushers are on staff nightly to help show you to your seats and answer any questions you may have. 



Water Fountains - Two water fountains can be found at NYSEG Stadium. One on the 3rd base side by Section 109 and an additional one on the 1st base side by Section 108. 

Weapons - For the safety of all or patrons, pocket knives and weapons of any sorts are not permitted inside of NYSEG Stadium. The only exception to this is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties. IN this case, it is the responsibility of the officer to disclose they are carrying a weapon for official duties to the security personnel upon arrival at the stadium. Fans failing to comply with the above conditions will be denied admittance or may be ejected. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.

Will Call - All tickets purchased in advance may be picked up at the Will Call podium outside of the Box Office Windows. Ticket processing is through Ticket Return.
