Bio: Ryan is entering his fifth season in Salem, fourth as General Manager and second as team President. He arrived in Salem in 2013 as VP of Ticket Sales and Service after spending three years in Manchester, NH with the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League where he served as Sr. Director of Ticket Sales. Prior to his move to New England, he served as Season Ticket Manager for the South Carolina Stingrays of the ECHL. His career in sports began in 2008 as an Inside Sales Representative with the Florida Marlins. Ryan was the recipient of the 2015 Calvin Falwell Carolina League Executive of the Year Award. Ryan lives in Salem with his beautiful wife, Angela and their two cats Izzy and Ozzy. He is an avid fan of the West Wing and the screenwriting of Aaron Sorkin. Ryan has a goal of reading 200 books this year and is well on his way.

Bio: Allen is entering his 16th season with Salem baseball. A graduate of North Cross High School, Allen is an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and Virginia Cavaliers. In his free time, he enjoys watching and attending sporting events and spending time with family. Allen lives in Roanoke with his wife Jeanne and 3-year-old son Parker.

Bio: Tim has had a long and successful career working in the sporting and entertainment industry, including 12 years of working at the Berglund Center, working with Native American Casinos and even owning his own restaurants. He has always enjoyed the thrill and challenge of preparing for major events, games or sold-out concerts over the years. The thrill of seeing satisfied fans has always been a motivating factor. When not at work with the Red Sox, Tim enjoys spending time with his Border Collie Lottie, spending time with his three children and his granddaughter, and working on his farm in Bedford, Virginia.

Bio: Andrew worked for 4 seasons with the Los Angeles Kings' AHL affiliate Manchester Monarchs, ending as Director of Group Sales. He is excited to work with the Sox because of his love of bringing people together at the park for memorable times with friends and family. In his free time, Yarn enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with his family.

Bio: Steven started his career in baseball in 2008 as a Food and Beverage intern with the Salem Avalanche. Growing up in the area, he loved coming to the ballpark with his family. Things came full circle when he accepted a full-time position, and he has since worked in various capacities for the team. When he isn't working Guest Services at a game, Steven enjoys road trips to see bands no one has ever heard of, collecting sneakers (400+ pairs and counting), and spending time with his wife Jessica and their son Leo.

Bio: Ben is thrilled to debut as the voice of the Salem Red Sox in the 2017 season. His Minor League Baseball experience includes stints with the Hickory Crawdads (2011), Hudson Valley Renegades (2012), Clearwater Threshers (2013), and the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (2015-16). When he's not at the ballpark, Ben loves cheering on the Boston Red Sox and Ohio State Buckeyes, doing the New York Times crossword, watching Jeopardy!, and reading lots of books.

Bio: 2017 will be my 6th season with the club. I have also worked in JMU's Athletic Department, as well as several years working in food service at Busch Gardens and Water Country USA in Williamsburg, Virginia. My favorite part about my job is providing a fun and memorable experience for our fans.

Bio: Mike previously worked for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds in the USL (minor league soccer). He was also a pitcher on the Indiana University of Pennsylvania baseball team for three years. When not working, he enjoys watching Pittsburgh sports teams, playing sports and spending time with friends and family.

Bio: Grant began his sports career with the Salem Red Sox in the summer of 2017. Grant has enjoyed baseball his entire life and always knew he wanted to work in the industry. Since moving to Virginia, he has enjoyed hiking and other activities you can't find in Florida. On fall Saturdays, you can always find him cheering on the 2020 National Champion Florida Gators football team.

Walk-up Music: Crime Mob - "Knuck if You Buck"
Bio: While attending Averett University, Chandler worked as a manager at the local theater in Rocky Mount, then for Brinks, Inc. as a Cash Logistics Processor. This is Chandler's first experience working in sports, and he is interested in all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into putting on a great experience and game for fans. A huge tennis fan, Chandler cheers for Novak Djokovic, and will probably have to take some time off when the Williams sisters retire. He enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Bio: Maddy previously worked as the Athletics Communications & Promotions Graduate Assistant for La Salle University, then moved back to D.C. to work in the Entertainment Department for the Washington Nationals for the 2016 season. When not at the ballpark, she enjoys hiking, spending time with her family and friends and relaxing dockside at Smith Mountain Lake.

Bio: Dave is thrilled to come on board as the new Ticket Operations and Retention Manager for the Salem Red Sox in the 2017 season. Before joining the Sox, Dave previously worked for the Washington Nationals for the last four years traveling back and forth from their DC and Florida offices. When he's not at the ballpark, he cheering on the Boston Red Sox and Green Bay Packers, collecting lightsabers and Funko Pops!, and obsessing over his two cats, Elsa and Anna, with his girlfriend Meaghan.

Bio: Hailing from the Sunshine State, Cameron spent the majority of his childhood on the diamond. With his mother being the little league president for over a decade and his dad being a coach, you can say baseball was in his blood from the beginning. He attended Rockledge High School (Rockledge, FL) from 2006-2010 and played baseball for the Raiders when they went to the FHSAA Final Four in 2008. Also while playing Rockledge, Cameron played against former Salem pitcher, Brian Johnson, multiple times when Johnson played for Cocoa Beach High School. Having a passion for sports and video, Cameron knew he wanted to work in sports as a career and knew that achieving his B.A. in Sports Media from Oklahoma State was the best way to go for what he was looking for. While at OSU, he worked for Orange Power Studios as a Production Assistant and completed a video production internship with Prospect Wire Baseball before graduating from OSU in May of 2017. He has been with Salem ever since and is extremely happy to be here. In his free time Cameron loves to travel, go to concerts, and cheer on his Cowboys from Stillwater. GO SOX!!!

Bio: Alex started his career as a Personal Ticket Consultant with the Salem Red Sox during the summer of 2016, then moved out to Everett, Washington to work as an Account Executive for the Everett AquaSox. After a year in Everett, Alex is back in Salem doing Premium Sales for the Red Sox. When not at the ballpark, you can find him hanging out downtown.

Bio: Bobby did his ticket sales internship with the Myrtle Beach Pelicans before moving across the county to work for the Phoenix Suns. He recently moved back to the East Coast and is excited to work with all of Salem's outstanding ticket holders. When not at the ball park, you can find Bobby playing golf at the local courses or playing basketball at any outdoor or indoor park. Bobby also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Bio: Dana previously worked with Philadelphia Youth Basketball as an assistant administrator for one of their many locations in Philadelphia. After five months with PYB, he moved into the role of Site-Based Intern. Dana played wide receiver for the football team during his time at Lackawanna College, and coached 4th grade AAU basketball for Philly Triple Threat. When away from the ballpark, he likes to work out, play basketball, play NBA 2K or Madden, and watch sports.

Bio: Emily previously served as the Marketing and Promotions Intern for Goodyear Ballpark, the spring training home of the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians. She is currently pursuing her M.S. in Sport Marketing from Liberty University. When not working, she loves visiting MLB ballparks, traveling, watching college football (go Clemson!), and spending time with family.

Bio: Alex previously worked with the Portland Sea Dogs, the AA affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. Alex played field hockey during her time at the University of New England, and coached softball at Southern Maine Community College. When away from the ballpark, she likes to go to the beach, play field hockey, hang out with family, and watch sports.
