Three games, three celebrations of Maryland Sports, Four Tickets to each game, and one great price! The Aberdeen IronBirds are holding a Maryland Sports Weekend from July 20-22!

On Friday, July 20, the IronBirds will welcome the Iron Man himself, Cal Ripken Jr. to Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium for a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the end of his consecutive games played streak. From May of 1982 to September of 1998, Ripken played 2632 consecutive games, surpassing Lou Gehrig's mark of 2130 in September of 1995. 

Saturday, July 21, members of the 1983 World Series Champion Baltimore Orioles will make their way north to Aberdeen to celebrate the 35th anniversary of their victory over the Philadelphia Phillies in the Fall Classic. They will bring the 1983 World Series trophy and the Oriole Bird will be in attendance to join in on the fun. 

The weekend comes to a close on Sunday, July 22 when the Raven's cheerleaders and mascot, Poe hold a Ravens Pep Rally at the ballpark.
