By Terry Byrom / Harrisburg Senators
The Harrisburg Senators today announced their Friday night promotion schedule. Once again this season every Friday night game will have a post-game fireworks show. Along with the fireworks, the Senators are pleased to announce that they'll also be giving away flat-screen TVs during each Friday night game.
Every Friday night, fans 18 and over will have the opportunity to win one of nine Vizio flat-screen TVs. The team will give away one TV per inning, and each lucky fan will take home their TV. The Senators have eleven Friday night games, so the team will give away at least 99 flat-screen TVs. Fans must sign up and be present to win. The sign-ups will occur from the time the gates open at 5:30pm until the start of the game at 7:00pm.
In addition to the flat-screen TVs, every Friday night game ends with a spectacular fireworks show. The Sens fireworks displays create breathtaking light shows that fans of all ages have enjoyed over the years.
Metro Bank Park is currently undergoing renovations as part of phase II of a two-phase project announced in December 2008 by the City of Harrisburg and the Harrisburg Senators. The new ballpark adds to a Harrisburg-Hershey minor league market that is the #1 minor league market in the country according to Street & Smith's Sports Business Journal.
