The Fisher Cats have announced their coaching staff for the 2017 All-Star Season, and Gary Allenson has been named the team's manager. Pitching coach Vince Horsman returns for his second season, while hitting coach Ronnie Ortegon begins his first year with the Blue Jays organization.
