ELIGIBILITY: The Minor League Major Fun Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal U.S. residents who reside in DE, GA, IL, MD, MO, NC, OK, PA and VA who are at least eighteen (18) years and the age of legal majority in their state of primary residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and any person residing in their same households, whether or not related) of Lance, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Professional Baseball Promotion Corp., the MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM" or "MLB.com"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the Major League Baseball Clubs, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the above entities. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void outside the states listed above and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Thursday, April 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, May 31, 2010 ("Entry Period"). There are two ways to enter: mail-in and online. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address/household, regardless of method of entry.

1. Mail-in Entry: To enter by mail, fully complete an Official Entry Form found at participating retailers and mail it to the following address: Lance Minor League Major Fun Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 10250, Rochester, NY 14610. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 31, 2010 and received by June 7, 2010 to be eligible. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced, altered or incomplete entries will be accepted. Neither Professional Baseball Promotion Corp., the MLB Entities nor the Sponsor assumes responsibility for any entrant's failure to act in accordance with Sponsor's instructions pertaining to the implementation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will use e-mail addresses provided via the mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's provision of this information. All mail-in entries become the Sponsors' property and will not be returned or acknowledged.
2. Online: During the Entry Period go to www.MiLB.com/Lance and click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes; then, follow the instructions provided to fully complete and submit the online entry form. By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form as directed, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, MiLB.com's Terms of Use accessible at: http://web.minorleaguebaseball.com/milb/info/terms.jsp and Privacy Policy accessible at: http://web.minorleaguebaseball.com/milb/info/privacy.jsp. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes may be given the option to receive (a) commercial e-mails from the Sponsor and MiLB.com, and/or (b) mobile text messages and updates from MiLB.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails and/or mobile text messages and updates and consenting to receive such e-mails and/or mobile text messages and updates will not impact your chances of winning. Standard messaging rates apply to mobile text messages and updates. Check with your mobile service provider for more information.

RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winners of the Sweepstakes (each, a "Winner" and collectively, the "Winners") will be selected by random drawing on or about June 7, 2010 from among all eligible entries received by the Sponsor or MLBAM, as applicable. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) Prize per person, family or household.

PRIZES: Three (3) Grand Prizes are available. Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for the Winner and one (1) guest to Norfolk, VA, the weekend of Friday, July 2, 2010 and returning on Sunday, July 4, 2010. Grand Prize includes coach class airfare for each Winner and his/her guest from the major airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's home, single room double occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights, $190.00 spending money and two (2) tickets for two (2) Norfolk Tides games to be played at Harbor Park in Norfolk, VA. (Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") of each Grand Prize: $1,700.00). Actual value of prize will vary depending on Grand Prize Winner's city of departure. Seat locations shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor and/or the applicable Minor League Baseball team, as applicable. Transportation to/from the airport and Minor League Baseball stadium for games is not included. If the closest airport to any Grand Prize Winner's home is in close enough proximity to prize destination city so that, as Sponsor may determine in its sole and absolute discretion, a flight is unnecessary, such Grand Prize Winner will receive alternate transportation from the Sponsor with no further obligation to such Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation or substitution if actual travel costs are less than the prize ERV in these Official Rules. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Administrator or prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Travel and hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Each Grand Prize Winner and his/her respective guest(s) are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Five Hundred (500) First Prizes are available. Each First Prize consists of a co-branded Lance, Inc and Minor League Baseball baseball cap. ERV of each First Prize: $18.00.

Total value of all prizes to be awarded $14,100.00.

Each Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to transportation costs, lodging, parking, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, insurance and other expenses that may be incurred by accepting the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of each Winner. Grand Prize winner's guests must each (a) be the legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence, or if the travel companion is a minor, the Grand Prize Winner must be such companion's parent or legal guardian; and (b) sign and return a Liability and Publicity Release prior to travel. Once ticketed, identity of travelers may not be changed. First Prizes will be mailed to the address provided on the entry form within 4-6 weeks of the drawing date. Sponsor and the MLB Entities are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Undeliverable and returned prizes will not be awarded. Minor League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined at the sole discretion of the applicable Minor League Baseball Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Minor League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Grand Prize Winner(s) and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the Grand Prize. Sponsor and the applicable MiLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any Grand Prize Winner(s) and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. "Released Parties" (as defined below) will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Minor League Baseball game, event or exhibition. There shall be no compensation or prize substitution if a Grand Prize Winner or travel companion is unable to use prize game tickets or other components of the prize by reason of illness, family emergency, personal events, terrorism, labor strikes, weather, or other acts beyond Sponsor's control.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. If a Grand Prize Winner does not wish to accept the Grand Prize trip as offered, he/she may elect an alternate cash prize of $800.00. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion.

NOTIFICATION: Each potential Winner will be notified by e-mail, telephone and/or mail (at the sole discretion of Sponsor and/or MLBAM, as applicable) (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within three (3) business days of date of issuance, a disqualification will result and prize will be forfeited, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. Each potential Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Sponsor and will be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release, within three (3) days of date of issuance. Failure to submit any identification required by Sponsor or to return the required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of any prize or Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential Winner to be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, Professional Baseball Promotion Corp., the MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. Each Winner, by acceptance of Prize, grants to Sponsor, MLBAM and each of their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner's name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, damaged, delayed, postage-due or garbled entries, email or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or the cancellation or postponement of any Minor League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor's representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, MLBAM or their respective agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes at their sole discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the County of New York, state of New York.

Sponsor and MLBAM reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify winners and award the prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND MLBAM WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In case of multiple entries received from any person or email address or household, only the first entry received from such person or email address or household will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
