The 2005 Pacific Coast League playoffs will begin on Wednesday, September 7. The four division winners will meet in best-of-five series. The winners of those series will meet in the 2005 Pacific Coast League Championship Series, which is scheduled to begin on September 13 at the home of the American Conference Champion.
