The 2005 Eastern League playoffs will begin on Wednesday, September 7. The top two teams in each division will face off in the best-of-five Division Championship Series. The two winners from the Division Championship Series will meet in the best-of-five Eastern League Championship Series, scheduled to begin on September 13 at the home of the Northern Division winner.
