About the Baseball Winter Meetings
The Baseball Winter Meetings™ is the annual gathering for Minor League Baseball™ and Major League Baseball. Representatives from all 30 Major League Baseball organizations and more than 160 Minor League Baseball teams, various league offices, companies associated with baseball and guests from baseball-playing countries around the world are expected to attend. Upwards of 3,000 people are expected to congregate at the four-day convention to plan for the 2012 season and honor the achievements of the past year. Several major events take place at the Baseball Winter Meetings, including the Bob Freitas Business Seminar, Awards Luncheon, Gala, Banquet, Professional Baseball Employment Opportunities (PBEO®) Job Fair and the Baseball Trade Show™. The Baseball Trade Show will host approximately 300 exhibitors from December 5-7 in the Trinity Exhibition Hall at the Hilton Anatole.
