Minor League Baseball reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate an attendee's license at any time and require the attendee to leave the premises. Anyone so removed from the convention will not receive any refund of fees previously paid. Re-entry to the convention will not be allowed. In addition, Minor League Baseball reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate an attendee's license at any time and require the attendee to leave the premises if the attendee presents a name badge that does not belong to him or her or cannot produce required identification.
