Moving Diversity Forward

Hear from experts in the field of diversity and inclusion as well as executives in the baseball industry who have found success establishing diverse practices within their respective organizations and communities. Whether you are a first-year executive, a seasoned pro or someone in between, you will walk away with something to integrate into your life -- both personally and professionally -- to help elevate your success. You will be able to discuss the opportunities, challenges and career paths other women have taken to empower yourself and your colleagues in today's competitive workplace.

Open to all attendees, the session begins with a roll call of League Presidents, followed by voting on proposed amendments to baseball's governing documents. A necrology commemorating baseball family members who passed away during the year follows. Minor League Baseball President & CEO Pat O'Conner closes the annual Baseball Winter Meetings at the conclusion of the Closing Session.

The Gala's laid-back atmosphere and casual social setting offers Baseball Winter Meetings attendees, Baseball Trade Show exhibitors and job seekers a chance to network and socialize beyond the week's scheduled meetings. Taking place at LIGHT Nightclub in the Mandalay Bay, this year's Gala will provide an exciting setting for an evening full of great food, cocktails and mingling among your peers and colleagues. You must be 21 or older to attend this year's Gala! You will be required to show your valid ID upon entry.
