What is the Baseball Trade Show?

The Baseball Trade Show spans three days, and is held in conjunction with the Baseball Winter Meetings and PBEO Job Fair. Join baseball executives and staff, media, exhibitors and job seekers from around the world as they converge at the Baseball Winter Meetings to network with peers, fill job and internship vacancies, attend informational workshops, discuss innovative industry trends and ideas and exchange best practices.

Las Vegas, Nevada at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

Who attends the Baseball Trade Show?

The Baseball Trade Show is attended by baseball professionals from owners and general managers, to stadium operations personnel and retail merchandise buyers. Representatives from Minor League Baseball and Major League Baseball will be in attendance. Attendees view the latest baseball-related products on the market and make purchases for player apparel and equipment, retail merchandise, promotional items, marketing services, entertainment, stadium needs and much more.

How do I become an event partner of the Baseball Winter Meetings?

How do I register as an exhibitor?

Use this LINK to access the registration portal. Here you will register as a new exhibitor. Once you have created an account for 2018, you will be able to access your account anytime to either complete or view your registration. Once you have finalized a Phase, you are no longer able to edit your registration online. Any registration edits must be emailed to TradeShow@MiLB.com.

Who do I contact if I have trouble registering?

Does my non-profit organization qualify for a booth discount?

Yes, 501(c)(3) charity organizations are eligible for a 40 percent discount on booth registrations. The organization must provide proof of its classification.

What is the exhibitor schedule?

How many name badges are included with my booth space?

Three name badges are allotted per every 100-sq. ft. of booth space.

Can I cancel my booth?

Yes, however, once you finalize your booth registration (Phase 1), your company will only be eligible for a 50 percent refund until Sept. 5. Any cancellations made after Sept. 5 are not eligible for a refund.

What is the suggested attire?

Awards Ceremony: Business attire for men and cocktail attire for women.
Awards Luncheon: Business Casual
Gala: Business Casual
In addition to the suggested attire, keep in mind that convention centers are typically on the cooler side. Bringing an extra layer or jacket will most likely come in handy during the event. The convention center is quite large. Wearing appropriate and comfortable shoes is also recommended.

Are special events tickets included in my trade show registration?

No, special events tickets can be purchased in the Baseball Trade Show Phase II registration portal.

Hotel Fee:
Cost per night is $161.00. This includes all taxes and resort fees.

Do I have to pay the hotel fee in full when registering?

No, you are only required to submit payment for the first night deposit. Your deposit fee will be charged by your hotel in November.

How do I book a hotel reservation?

Make your hotel reservations within the online Baseball Trade Show registration portal.

Who do I contact if I have issues with hotel reservation(s)?

Can I reserve a suite at the event hotel?

Yes, to inquire about hotel suites, contact Paige Hegedus by PHegedus@MiLB.com.

Can I request private meeting space during the Baseball Winter Meetings?

Yes, you can request meeting space during the Baseball Winter Meetings. Contact Stefanie Loncarich by emailing SLoncarich@MiLB.com for more information.
