Andy deals with a number of facets of baseball operations, specifically the day-to-day operations of the Gulf Coast League, facility regulations for all teams, and PBUC. Andy, a native of Lancaster, Pa., was previously a Minor League umpire for eight years working in the Gulf Coast, Midwest, Carolina, Eastern, and International Leagues along with off-season assignments in the Dominican Winter League and International Baseball League Australia. He joined the Minor League Baseball staff in March 2007 as an evaluator/supervisor with the Professional Baseball Umpire Corp.
