Heather acts as a liaison between member clubs and national clients for the implementation of national sponsorships and promotions. She also assists the legal department in developing sponsorship contracts. Heather joined the staff in February 2005. She was previously the Director of Community Relations for the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes (1998-2003) and Fresno Grizzlies (2003-2005). Heather received a marketing degree from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM.
