Kelly started with the Minor League Baseball office in May of 1993 in the Special Operations Department. During her time in Special Operations Kelly has performed many different jobs in this department.

In 1999 Kelly accepted a position as the Event Manager for Minor League Baseball. Kelly now supervises many aspects of the Baseball Winter Meetings, Minor League Baseball Promotional Seminar and the Spring Meetings.
