Larry travels around the country to observe, instruct and evaluate Minor League Baseball umpires employed by the Professional Baseball Umpire Corp. After graduating the Bill Kinnaman Umpire School, Reveal spent seven seasons as an umpire from 1980-86 in the International, Southern and Midwest Leagues.

He joined the Umpire Development Program staff on a part-time basis in 1997 and achieved full-time status in March, 2003. Larry, who's based in Chesapeake, Va., has a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University, and has completed some Masters degree work at Indiana University and Old Dominion University.
