Mark manages the Minor League Baseball Promotional Seminar, the industry's premier idea-sharing and idea-generating event, including creation of the agenda, securing speakers and topics, overseeing the ballpark outing and marketing the event. Additionally, he oversees the Professional Baseball Employment Opportunities (PBEO) program, its website PBEO.com and the PBEO Job Fair. His other responsibilities include managing the Minor League Baseball Green Team, MiLB's national 'green' initiative that helps educate both member clubs and 41 million fans in the ways in which they can better their facilities and the environment. Previously, Mark has managed the Bob Freitas Business Seminar and Business of Baseball Workshop at the Baseball Winter Meetings and also assisted with sponsor relations.
Mark joined the Minor League Baseball staff as an assistant in January 2011 and was promoted to his current position in January 2012. Prior to joining MiLB, the East Meadow, N.Y., native served as the Director of Food & Beverage for the California League's Lake Elsinore Storm. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from Seton Hall University in 2008.
