Scott manages the Baseball Winter Meetings, including the Baseball Trade Show and Job Fair, Minor League Baseball Promotional Seminar, Professional Baseball Employment Opportunities (PBEO), Alumni Association, Green Team and event sponsorships.

Scott joined the staff in April 2000 as the Assistant, Special Operations. From 2003-10, he coordinated the PBEO program and annual Job Fair as the Assistant Director, Special Operations.

A native of Columbus, Ohio, he attended Ohio University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Industry.
