Q. How do I create an MiLB.com account?

A. To create an account, click on the word "Register" at the top of most MiLB.com pages. On the "Login or Register" page, select "I don't have an MiLB.com account," and complete the requested fields. The email address and password you enter will be used for future logins. Before you click "Login," make sure to double-check the spelling of your e-mail address and remember that your password is case sensitive.

Q. I had a subscription to MiLB.TV in a previous season. Do I need to create a new account?

No, you should sign in as an existing account holder. If you do not remember your password, you can click the Forgot Your Password link. If your e-mail address or any other information has changed, you can update your account once you have logged in.

Q. How do I change the e-mail address associated with my MiLB.com account?

A. From the top of any MiLB.com page, click Login. Select "I already have an MiLB.com account" and enter your current e-mail address and password, then click "Login."

In the "Email Preferences" link on the left-hand side of the Account page that opens once you have logged in. Enter a new e-mail address and your current password and click "Save."

Q. How do I change the password associated with my MiLB.com account?

A. Log in to your MiLB.com account. Click the "Account" link that appears at the top of most MiLB.com pages. On the Account page, click the "Password Preferences" link on the left-hand side. On the page that opens, enter your current password as well as your new password (twice to confirm the spelling) and then click "Save." Please note: your password is case sensitive.

Q. How do I change the nickname associated with my MiLB.com account?

A. Log in to your MiLB.com account. If you are already logged in, click on the "Account" link on the top of most MiLB.com pages. On the Account page that opens once you have logged in (or clicked the "Personal Info" link on the left-hand side and on the "Personal Information" page), click the "Change" link to the right of where it says "Nickname." In the window that opens, enter the new nickname you would like and then click "Save Nickname."

Q. What should I do if I forget my MiLB.com account password?

A. From the top of most MiLB.com pages, click Login. On the following page, click on the Forgot Your Password link. This will reset your password to a randomly generated one that will be e-mailed to the address associated with your MiLB.com account. Check your email and use the password sent to you to log in. Once you are logged in, follow the instructions from the answer to question No. 5 to set up a new password.

Q. I clicked "Forgot Your Password" and did not receive a new password e-mail.

A. If you have a spam filter enabled on your e-mail account, then the e-mail with your new password may have been marked as spam. Check your spam folder for the e-mail. If there was a typo in your e-mail address when you signed up or you no longer have access to the e-mail address associated with your MiLB.com account, than you should send an e-mail to customerservice@website.milb.com or call Customer Service toll-free in the U.S. at 866-644-2687.

Q. How can I subscribe or unsubscribe to e-mail newsletters and alerts?

A. Log in to your MiLB.com account. If you already logged in, click the "Account" link that appears on the top of most MiLB.com pages. On the "Account" page, click "Newsletter Preferences" in the panel along the left side of the page. On the following page click "Update." From the next page, you can select the newsletters you would like to receive. When you are finished, click on the "Save" button to update your newsletter preferences. To unsubscribe to all MiLB.com newsletters, click "Clear" and then click "Update."

Q. How can I save or update my billing information?

A. Log in to your MiLB.com account. If you already logged in, click the "Account" link on the top of most MiLB.com pages. On the "Account" page, click "Wallet" in the panel along the left side of the page. Enter the required information on the Wallet page and click the "Save Wallet" button. You can create and save additional billing options by clicking the "Create New" button on the top right of this page. Each billing option can be distinguished by using the "Label" field. If you are a current subscriber to an MiLB.com product with automatic renewal (e.g. MiLB.TV Monthly or MiLB.TV Yearly), you will be required to acknowledge that your additional payment cards saved in your MiLB.com Wallet may be charged for your subscription product if the primary card you have on file fails for some reason (e.g. it is expired). If you do not wish us to use this payment information in this manner, please do not save this payment information in your Wallet. If you are an active MiLB.TV Monthly subscriber and would like a different credit or debit card to be charged on your next billing period, please update your primary card information on the "Account" page.
