First Base -- Justin Huber, Wichita: League leader in batting average (.343), on-base percentage (.432), and slugging percentage (.570). The 23-year-old native of Australia is batting .277 since his promotion in late July to Triple-A Omaha.
Second Base -- Alberto Callaspo, Arkansas: .297 batting average, 10 HRs, 49 RBIs. The 22-year-old Venezuelan is batting .272 since his mid-July promotion to Triple-A Salt Lake.
Shortstop -- Erick Aybar, Arkansas: .304 batting average, 96 runs, 150 hits, nine triples, 42 stolen bases. The 21-year-old native of the Dominican Republic went 5-for-6 on Aug. 24 to raise his average above .300 for the first time all season.
Third Base -- Travis Hanson, Springfield: .281 batting average, 20 HRs, tied for the league lead with 91 RBIs. On Aug. 3, the 24-year-old from Louisiana went 3-for-4 with two homers and a season-high six RBIs.
Catcher -- Mike Napoli, Arkansas: 88 runs, league leader with 27 HRs and 83 walks, tied for the league lead with 91 RBIs. On June 17, the 23-year-old from Hollywood, Fla., slugged two homers and knocked in eight runs.
Outfield -- T.J. Bohn, San Antonio: .308 batting average, 30 doubles, 27 stolen bases. The 25-year-old from Ohio went 5-for-5 on July 10 and is batting .270 since his mid-August promotion to Triple-A Tacoma.
Outfield -- Andre Ethier (Player of the Year, MVP of the All-Star Game, winner of the Home Run Derby), Midland: .321 batting average, 18 HRs, 78 RBIs, league leader with 101 runs and 153 hits. The 23-year-old from Ohio batted .420 for the first month of the season.
Outfield -- Tyler Minges, Springfield: .324 batting average, .564 slugging percentage, 98 runs, 34 doubles, league leader with 242 total bases. On April 18, the 25-year-old Texan went 3-for-5 with two homers and a season-high five RBIs.
Designated Hitter -- Jason Perry, Midland: 21 HRs, 72 RBIs. In the first game of a doubleheader May 9, the 25-year-old from Nebraska had two homers and seven RBIs.
Utility -- Mike Aviles, Wichita: .288 batting average, 13 HRs, 31 doubles, 75 RBIs. In June, the 24-year-old Floridian had two four-hit games within a two-week span.
Pitcher -- Jon Asahina, Tulsa: 12-9, 3.96 ERA, 88 Ks in 156 2/3 innings, tied for the league lead with four complete games. The 24-year old from Florida has lasted at least five innings in all but two of his 24 starts.
Pitcher -- Jason Hirsh (Pitcher of the Year), Corpus Christi: 12-8, 3.11 ERA, 159 1/3 innings, league-leading 153 Ks. The 23-year-old from Illinois has had three different four-game winning streaks.
Pitcher -- Randy Leek, Springfield: League leader in wins with a 13-7 record, 3.88 ERA, 95 Ks in a league-leading 171 2/3 innings. The 27-year-old from California has hurled two three-hit shutouts.
Pitcher -- Bobby Livingston, San Antonio: 8-4, league-leading 2.86 ERA, 78 Ks in 116 1/3 innings. The 22-year-old from Illinois is 4-2 with a 5.59 ERA since his mid-July promotion to Triple-A Tacoma.
Pitcher -- Fernando Nieve, Corpus Christi: 4-3, 2.65 ERA, 96 Ks in 85 innings. The 23-year-old Venezuelan has pitched two shutouts since his mid-June promotion to Triple-A Round Rock.
Pitcher -- Sandy Nin, Tulsa: 9-5, 2.98 ERA, 67 Ks in 117 2/3 innings, tied for the league lead with four complete games, the only player on the Postseason All-Star squad not named to the midseason All-Star Game. The 25-year-old Dominican has won his last five decisions and eight of his last nine.
Manager -- Von Hayes (Manager of the Year), Midland: Led the RockHounds to a first-half title in 2005, his squad currently leads the second half by two games with a 34-26 record. The 46-year-old from California batted .267 with 143 HRs and 696 RBIs in 12 Major League seasons.
