Bats Spring Training Schedule Announced for 2007

Louisville, KY - The Louisville Bats have announced a 14-game spring training schedule for the 2007 exhibition season leading up to their regular season opener vs. the Toledo Mud Hens on Thursday, April 5 at 7:05 p.m. at Louisville Slugger Field. Once again, the Bats spring training headquarters are at the City of Sarasota Sports Complex in Sarasota, FL along with the Cincinnati Reds.

 

            Major League pitchers and catchers will report to the City of Sarasota Sports Complex on February 17, while position players will report February 21. Minor League pitchers and catchers report March 2 and position players report March 7.

 

            The Bats will begin their exhibition season on Thursday, March 15 and conclude on Thursday, April 1. All home games will be played at the City of Sarasota's Sports Complex with all spring training games starting at 1:00 p.m. All minor league spring training games are free and open to the public.
