The Top 20 Countdown takes a week off due to the Midwest League All Star Break.  Instead, a list of some players that didn't quite make the cut, but deserve some mention.

Aaron Taylor - 2001 - 3-1, 2.45 ERA, 9 saves, 28 games, 29.1 innings pitched, 19 hits allowed, 8 earned runs, 11 walks, 50 strikeouts

Miguel Martinez - 2003 - 2-1, 1.13 ERA, 2 saves, 24 games, 55.2 innings pitched, 41 hits allowed, 7 earned runs, 17 walks, 69 strikeouts
