Akinori Iwamura is a rookie with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. He was five time All-Star (2001,02,04,05,06) and six-time Gold Glove recipient (2000,01,02,04,05,06) while playing in Japan. As of August 21st Iwamura has appeared in 88 games and holds a .282 batting average. In 87 games at the hot corner he has only made 7 errors. The gates for Fan Appreciation Night will open at 6:00 pm. During the game "Rally" will be entertaining the crowd and there will be $1 hot dogs, sodas and beers.
