The Dave Matthews Band is one of the top musical acts of all time. Since the release of its major label debut, Under the Table and Dreaming, the Dave Matthews Band earned 12 Grammy Award nominations and sold a collective 35 million units (CD and DVD combined). They've remained one of the top live concert draws each summer and with Willie Nelson sharing the spotlight in Louisville, this should be the "Can't Miss Show" of the summer. Concertgoers will be the first to hear the latest material from the band's forthcoming yet-to-be-titled studio record, and will be treated to the full breadth of songs that fans have come to expect at a Dave Matthews Band show.
"We are thrilled to be able to bring a major concert to Louisville Slugger Field," said Bats team President Gary Ulmer. "The ballpark will be a great venue to enjoy the Dave Matthews Band and we will try to bring other quality concerts here in the future."
