Game Will Resume at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday

OMAHA, NE - A spill of hydrochloric acid at a railway yard south of Rosenblatt Stadium tonight forced the suspension of the Omaha Royals game vs. the Oklahoma RedHawks. Local authorities ordered the evacuation of the ballpark, as well as some homes in the area.

The game was suspended at the end of four innings with Oklahoma leading 2-1. The nine-inning contest will be concluded tomorrow, Thursday, May 29th with a 4:30 p.m. first pitch and will be followed by a seven-inning game. The stadium gates will open at 4:00 p.m.
