The cocktail contains Old Forester Bourbon, lemonade, orange juice and is garnished with a cherry. It will be served at all of the 2008 Triple-A All-Star Game festivities. Each of the ingredients in the "All-Star Cocktail" is tied to the game of baseball. Old Forester is America's first bottled bourbon and was introduced in 1870, the same year professional baseball began. Lemonade is the perfect summer ingredient and is identified with the song "Baseball, hot dogs, apple pie and lemonade". Orange juice is a representation of sunshine and spring training while cherries are a historical symbol of America. The Triple-A All-Star Game features the top players of the International League and Pacific Coast League in a nationally televised game showcasing the Major League stars of tomorrow. It will take place July 16 at 7:05 p.m. at Louisville Slugger Field. The cocktail will be available at select locations at Louisville Slugger Field during the All-Star Home Run Derby and All-Star Game. All-Star Cocktail Recipe
