Do all your friends think you can sing? Think you got what it takes for the big time? Then we've got a contest for you!

The Tulsa Drillers are proud to announce Drillers Idol presented by Celebrity Attractions and 98.5 KVOO. Aspiring superstars can audition to be the 2010 Drillers Idol at any of the 5 audition dates below.

• April 24 - 4:00pm-5:00pm
• May 8 - 4:00-5:00pm
• May 22 - 4:00-5:00pm
• June 19 - 10:00am-11:00am
• July 3 - 5:00-6:00pm

Drillers Idol tryouts are open to singers 13 years or older and are free, but do not include at ticket to the game. Contestants should prepare one (1) song for their auditions.

Auditions will be held at ONEOK Field, located on 201 N. Elgin Ave. in downtown Tulsa. Contestants should enter through the home plate entrance just north of the ticket offices on Elgin.

Auditions are on a first come, first serve basis and are only open during the times above. Various auditions will be featured on our video board during select Drillers' home games during the 2010 regular season. Finalists will be chosen after the last audition date and will be featured in an online contest open for public voting.

The 2010 Drillers Idol Winner will receive a grand prize valued at over $1000 and includes:

• "Celebrity Attractions VIP Broadway Membership" that includes 2 Celebrity Attractions season tickets & all-season passes to cast parties, a Broadway gift bag and a Wicked backstage tour
• Plus a Prize Package from KVOO
• Sing the national anthem at the Thursday, Sept 2 Drillers game
