Mama Kornegay Funeral Arrangement Updates

Kinston, NC - This Friday May 21 at 6 pm a visitation for Evelyn "Mama" Kornegay will take place at Historic Grainger Stadium. Funeral services will take place on Saturday May 22 at noon at United American Free Will Baptist Tabernacle in Kinston.
Evelyn "Mama" Kornegay, as she was lovingly known, housed Kinston Indians players for 15 years and was one of the team's biggest and most beloved fans. She died early Friday morning at her home from pancreatic cancer. She was 81 years old.
