For the week, Hinze batted .500 with 11 hits in 22 at-bats, including two doubles, two home runs, seven runs batted in and five runs scored.
"We're extremely proud of Kody for his accomplishments on and off the field," said Legends General Manager Andy Shea. "We're glad to have him with us, and happy to see him get recognized for his performance."
Through the Legends May 18 game, Hinze leads the South Atlantic League in home runs with 12 and runs batted in with 43.
Hinze and the Legends will play at home against Greenville Wednesday May 19 at 10:05 a.m.
