Orioles Trim Roster by Six

The Orioles today announced six spring training roster cuts, bringing their spring roster to 37 players.
The Orioles optioned INF JOSH BELL to Triple-A Norfolk and assigned non-roster CA MICHEL HERNANDEZ to minor league camp.
Minor league invitees LHP MIKE BALLARD, LHP ALBERTO CASTILLO, LHP CHRIS GEORGE and RHP CHRIS JAKUBAUSKAS were also assigned to minor league camp.
With the moves, the Orioles have 37 players in camp including 19 pitchers (five non-roster invitees), seven outfielders (one non-roster invitee), eight infielders (two non-roster invitees) and three catchers.
The Orioles have 39 players on their 40-man major league roster, with 29 of them remaining in camp.
