Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins will throw out the first pitch before the Sacramento River Cats' Thursday night game against the Las Vegas 51s.
Cousins, one of the NBA's top rookies, is averaging 14.2 points and 8.7 rebounds while making his name as one of the top young centers in the game.
Thursday night is also a Miller Lite Thirsty Thursday at Raley Field, where $2 Miller beers and live music in the Jackson Rancheria Home Run Terrace keep the party going all night long.
New for 2011, the River Cats are offering a Miller Lite Thirsty Thursday 6-Pack, where fans can purchase six Thursday ticket vouchers and a River Cats Pilsner glass for only $42.
